Monthly Rentals in Anacostia River

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was beautiful, exactly like the photos. The bathroom in this place was my favorite part of the house. Fully equipped kitchen, the bed was incredibly comfortable, made me feel right at home. Jelani was an amazing Host, always quick to respond. I read one review that complained about the furniture which was shocking to me because in my opinion the furniture was comfortable and stylish, fit the space beautifully. The neighborhood is going through a process of gentrification, but it still retains diversity and character, which i loved. I Highly recommend this gorgeous house to anyone looking for authentic slice of d.c. to say in. I’m already looking at dates to come back in July, can’t wait!

Place was exactly what was listed and it was perfect for our long weekend trip to DC. We loved staying there and would stay again if ever in the area

We had a great stay at Sammy’s place. The basement apartment is clean, looks like the photos, and felt like home. Sammy gave clear instructions and was very responsive. The bed and couch and super comfy! This is a basement apartment, so doesn’t have full kitchen, but that was clear in the description. I would highly recommend if staying in this area.

Morgan was great at communicating and very helpful with directions about check in and check out. She was proactive with communication and especially about the parking pass. We had a great time!
