We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is a location where you can travel to tourist attractions in Gyeongju such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung and Wolji, and right next to it, there are restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (olive) in Hwangnidan-gil.

I was so drawn to the accommodation photos at first that I booked it! Usually, pretty accommodations are different from the photos, but this place is really as pretty as the photos and decorated with a vintage feel, so I felt like I was resting in a pretty cafe while using the accommodation! There are handwritten signs filled with the host's sincerity and love all over the accommodation, so it's really convenient to use the accommodation! There wasn't a single one! The cats are so cute and pretty... The way to the accommodation may have been a little difficult, but the host guided me with pictures, so even I, who has no sense of direction, didn't get lost and had a good time! Other towels and amenities were also fully stocked, so it was so comfortable and I rested like I was at home before heading back! I think I'll use this accommodation without hesitation when I visit Gyeongju next time.🩷 Thanks to the kind host, I think my first trip to Gyeongju will be a very happy and warm memory. 🩷🥹

Julie’s guesthouse was perfectly located in Gyeongju, very close to the bus station, and walkable around Gyeongju’s attractions. It was nice to be a little outside the busier areas of Gyeongju too, and had a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The room was great, common area was really spacious and comfortable, and kitchen easy to use for cooking. Julie also let me check in early which was great!! Great value for everything you get.

We had such an amazing time in Gyeongju, and this place was absolutely lovely. The host was perfect and very friendly. This is a fantastic location and it's within walking distance of lots of popular attractions, and only a short bus into the main city area. The surrounding area is very peaceful but there are still places to grab coffee and convenience stores etc. just around the corner. I couldn't think of a better place to stay in Gyeongju, our stay was the highlight of our Korea trip!
