An absolutely beautiful home to visit!! Close enough to where you can drive to Mendocino or Fort Bragg for dinner but not be right in town. Beautiful sun room and deck. Everything was so homey feeling.

Amazing retreat in the Redwoods - the property is quiet, has beautiful views of the redwoods with both outdoor sun and shade spots, and has a cool interior. Pool was perfect for cooling off on a hot day. I would stay again! We stayed in May, and while the yard was mowed, it had a type of grass that was very prickly so not barefoot or dog friendly - so we weren’t fully able to enjoy the expansive yard space.

Our family of four had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. Our small boys loved exploring the yard and walking around the safe and quiet neighborhood. I also liked being on the east side of HWY 1, in the redwoods (rather than directly on the bluffs). Kyle was extremely responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend.

Wow, what a gorgeous space. We loved waking up to the towering redwoods and morning sun and stargazing at night. Six of us + a dog slept comfortably and Kira was nice enough to provide some extra bedding for us. The location is A+ with all of Philo/Boonville and the coast to explore. We will be back!

We enjoyed the ocean view and spent a lot of time sitting at the deck doing nothing. We also appreciated the quiet neighborhood, and cute deer and fawns we ran into every single morning. I highly recommend the place.

We had an amazing stay! The property was exactly what we were hoping for—peaceful, clean, and very comfortable. It was incredibly dog-friendly, which made the trip even better since our pup was able to enjoy the vacation with us. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub under the stars—it was the perfect way to unwind. Stargazing at night was breathtaking, and having access to the private beach was such a special treat. The host was responsive and welcoming, and everything was thoughtfully prepared. We’d absolutely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, pet-friendly getaway!

One of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in. Anastassia's place was perfect for our quick weekend getaway from SF with our 8 month old in tow. The house was comfortable and clean, beautifully redone and designed. Anastassia was super responsive and accommodating and put us in touch with a babysitter in the area. Will definitely be returning.

My husband Josh and I had an unforgettable time at Cindi’s place in Sea Ranch. The home was even more beautiful than the photos—unique architecture, cozy design, and right on the beach. Every evening we watched the waves crash on the rocks just outside the window. It was peaceful, stunning, and truly magical. Cindi was a fantastic host, super helpful and kind. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

Anu’s house in the Sea Ranch was perfect for our group. So easy to walk to the bluff trail, well equipped kitchen and gorgeous views of the stars from the hot tub and decks at night. We also really enjoyed the ocean view from the master bedroom and sitting in the sun on the front deck.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay during our time on the coast. This home is absolutely incredible-- breathtaking views, gorgeous decor, large kitchen with ample cookware, amazing deck, CLEAN, comfortable beds, fantastic location. Sea Ranch itself is a wonderful place for those seeking a quiet & peaceful area surrounded by awe-inspiring natural beauty. Pauline is an excellent host with great communication who went above & beyond to ensure we had a great stay. I highly recommend Seaward Bliss, and I can't wait to return again one day!

I almost don't want to tell you how good this place is, so we can rent it again sometime. :-) But it's that good. We visited over spring break with our daughters, eight and 11, and had one of the most amazing stays we've ever had at an Airbnb. The home, the land, the pool, and the local area are all 100% amazing. And the sunsets. You know how you sometimes stay at Airbnb's where you feel like the hosts did the bare minimum to qualify to list it? This is *not* that place. There is everything you need and more. Wonderful space for 5 friends, a dog and a baby! Gorgeous ocean view, right next to trails, and close to town. Kitchen was well-equipped for cooking on nights in. Main bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the sofa bed easily accommodated a single person. Would definitely stay again!

The house was perfect getaway for a relaxing spring break with my two tween kids and dog. It's definitely a place you want to cozy up in and read a book when it rains. It was decorated beautifully. The master bedroom was great, best night sleep and the little hidden loft was great for my kids. Did not miss having a TV, loved the record player and it offered us time to disconnect and play a lot of board games. However, wifi was strong when the kids did want to play/watch things on their tablets. Scenery around the house is stunning and it's close by the Sea Ranch Lodge if we wanted to go out for breakfast or dinner. Not too far from Stewarts Point General Store as well which was a cute spot. My kids loved the place so much they asked if we could move there!

The place was as advertised;clean, quaint, and cozy. Just a few minutes’ drive to the beach and lodge, surrounded by towering redwoods. Quarters felt a bit tight for us, but that was expected. There was a light fireplace smell, but nothing unexpected for a cabin in the woods.

We had a wonderful stay. The panoramic views, location to the ocean, and hot tub were what led us to book this place and they did not disappoint. We loved that all three bedrooms were nicely adorned and had a view of the ocean, which prevented our two teen girls from arguing over the rooms. Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we were hoping for. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfortable, and the house was clean. We would go back!

Jons place was a hummingbird haven. We sat out on the patio for over an hour chatting and they would come up in groups and solo the entire time to the feeders! The rest of the stay was great but getting to watch the little hummies was an unexpected treat!

We loved all the thought out touches put into the place— just a lovely, elegant set up. Lots of perks- snacks, coffee selection, soft robes…. Flexible in our arrival time. Lots of helpful notes around to address any questions we might have, re cooler, fans, etc…. This hostess went all out to make the experience a real step above many other places we have stayed- thank you!

Aurora and LeShaundra were great hosts, they are informative and responsive, which is the MOST important thing. any questions I had were answered within the hour. As for the place itself, it is how the pictures make it look. That might sound mundane, but pictures say 1000 words and can often be misleading, but their pictures are not. If you like what you see, you will love this cabin. But again, the hosts are not ones to hide anything; so when they give you instructions to find the place, please take note.

Cindy’s coastal beach home is absolutely DREAMY!!! Peaceful and Tranquil ~ surrounded by nature, hummingbirds, sea life… and everything lovely. This was our 2nd time in this stunning home. We highly recommend staying here as you will want to return again and again… just like US!!!

What a great cottage! When they say it is a high tide cottage, that means when the high tide comes, the ocean is completely underneath of you. It was exhilarating! It reminded me of owning a boat and hearing that soothing sound of the waves while I’m trying to sleep. Totally relaxing. It is a bright and cheery cottage with lots of light coming in from the windows. There is a small hot tub outside on the deck where you can sit and listen to the waves at night as well. I heard back from the host every time I texted and they were very helpful. The place was clean and has an enclosed deck that wraps around the house. There are sunset views, and you can poke at the tide pools on the beach right in front of the house at low tide. I would love to return to this place.

A charming stay under a redwood tree nestled in a garden oasis, with beautiful patio, comfy bed, and an outdoor kitchen & bath that was heaven on earth. A truly unique experience to bathe under the stars and enjoy morning coffee by the fire pit. A wonderful redwood trail not far from the property (Grove of Old Trees) was a perfect compliment to our stay at The Perch!

Valerie is most certainly a Quality Super Host. The place is adorable, very well stocked and the outdoor space is an oasis. So much attention to detail. We and our pup were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this Luxurious Downtown Guest Cottage to anyone.

This is my third time staying at the Navarro house and it gets better every time. It’s perfect for a family, young and old with it feeling like an adventure out of the city to a peaceful, welcoming home with a beautiful view, great amenities and a wonderful host. This is one of those places you want to tell friends about but the more people know about it, the harder it is to book. Our family enjoyed BBQ dinners, hot tubbing day and night (stars) with a walk to the beach where you feel like you’re in a movie. Private and welcoming. My mother sat in the picture window reading her books and joined us by the fire at night. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has all you need for people and pets. Can’t wait to go back.
