It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The house is located in the highest area of Fai della Paganella, an enchanting mountain resort in the heart of Trentino. The house is located in a quiet, sunny setting surrounded by greenery. Fai della Paganella is the ideal starting point for those who love the mountains in every season. In winter, a few meters from the apartment, there is the ski bus stop that will allow you to reach the Paganella Ski Area. In summer, the village offers beautiful walks and mountain bike trails.
