Upon prior request one of the single beds can be converted into a double bed. South facing terrace of 15 m2 accessible from the living room and view of the large green space.

It is a 130m2 luminous beautiful loft. It has windows all around and there's a 60m2 garden south orientated, so always sun. I really love my house, so please be kind to it and treat it as it was yours- very important: it is my house- a house where i live in everyday, so it is not perfect. please don't book if you are looking for perfection!! it is an artistic house. it is warm and comfortable and inspiring but NOT perfect. only book it you agree with these conditions. welcome !!!

The accommodation is located 30 m from La Roue metro station (20 min by public transport to get to the center or 10 min by car), on a quiet street and close to amenities. The studio is on the second and top floor of a house where you will also find 2 bedrooms for rent. Visitors have access to the sunny terrace at the back of the building.

Furthermore, the bathroom also includes a hairdryer. In the living room there is a sofa from which an extra bed for 1 person can be made.

Barbara is incredibly attentive, friendly and kind, I traveled alone and felt at home and cared for. The place is easy to get to by bus from the center of Brussels, about 20 minutes away (several lines pass by nearby) and there are different restaurants and supermarkets around.

I felt right at home in Jennifer and Quentin's loft. The large room is beautifully and cozily furnished so that you feel comfortable everywhere. Living together with the residents is uncomplicated and very pleasant. For visitors to the Tictac Art Center, it is the perfect location, as it is only a few minutes' walk away. Otherwise, all public transport stations are easily and quickly accessible on foot. I can only recommend it!
