The house comprises : Ground floor: - a living room with dining table, sofa, armchairs and television, opening onto the garden and terrace, - a fully-equipped separate kitchen (gas cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, filter and Senseo coffee maker, toaster, etc.), opening onto a 2nd terrace and the garden - a storeroom adjoining the kitchen (washing machine and tumble dryer) - 2 bedrooms (140 and 160cm beds), - bathroom (bath/basin/bidet) - separate WC. First floor: - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm) - 1 family bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and 2 single beds (90cm) - a shower room (shower / washbasin / wc) Outside: enclosed, private, wooded garden of 1100 m² with two dining areas, barbecue, 3 deckchairs, possibility of parking vehicles in the garden. Optional extra: Cleaning and linen (on request when booking). Location: Located in Andernos Les Bains, the liveliest commune on the northern Arcachon Basin, the house is ideally placed for cycling, with the cycle path 200 m from the house, the beach 5 minutes away and the town centre 15 minutes away by bike. Local shops are 300 m away (bakery, fishmonger's, greengrocer's, Carrefour Market). You can reach Cap Ferret in 30 minutes by car or by sea shuttle from the oyster port (see timetables).
