Large house of contemporary design, SPLIT INTO TWO, One occupied by Daniel & Simone and an adjoining 90 M² part is rented on Airbnb There are two of us, Daniel & Simone, dynamic and discreet retirees. Both parts are well separated by a technical room/laundry room. The rented part is entirely independent, with a dedicated entrance/parking lot and invisible to our view, and a reserved terrace part with a view of the breeze. We only share the pool and the fenced garden.

The city center with its lively pedestrian streets all year round are only 600 m away. 50 m from the studio, access to the bike paths allows you to go around the basin, and we lend you 2 mountain bikes.
