Cottage 309 is located in the center of major tourist attractions in Yeongju, 10 minutes from Punggi IC, 20 minutes from Yecheon Insect Museum, 20 minutes from Moseom Village, 30 minutes from Busseoksa Temple, and 20 minutes from the entrance to Sobaeksan Mountain Trail.
