This 90 m2 house in the heart of the countryside allows everyone to relax, including your pets, thanks to its generous green spaces (unfenced) and its quiet environment. It offers all the comforts to facilitate your stay (Wi-Fi and fiber optic, equipped kitchen, washing machine, terrace, barbecue...). The little extras: your host practices traditional Chinese energy and the outdoor spa between June and September.

We welcome you to our cottage "au son de l'eau", a true haven of peace located at the end of a dead end on the banks of the Charente. Its location makes it a quiet place, ideal for unwinding. This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.

The little Gîte is a beautiful open plan space for two people. A double bedroom sits on the mezzanine level. The gîte sits adjacent to our home ‘Le Petit Tournesol’ and is surrounded by gardens and countryside. In the day please enjoy the pool area (May-September) and the gardens to relax and unwind. Reservations for age 18+ only. We are unable to host children and infants.
