In our beautiful region you can hike for hours, ride a bike and enjoy nature. The nearby lake invites you to swim, fish or go boating.

For the door, Berlin is close, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. We offer our small apartment in bungalow style on our property in the tranquil Börnicke on the outskirts of Berlin for rent. It is a 1.5 room apartment with a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. Our bungalow is located on the edge of the forest and within walking distance of Grünefelder See. But Berlin could also be reached by train in about 15 minutes.
