Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Come and stay in our newly built guest house in a quiet villa oasis near central Gothenburg. There is both a tram and bus within a 5-minute walk that takes you quickly to the city center or Liseberg. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction stove, oven and dishwasher. There is a relatively large bathroom with shower and washing machine and a sleeping loft with a double bed. The sleeping loft is reached via a narrow staircase and there is not standing height up in the loft. There is room for one car in our driveway.

On the first floor, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with open floor plan to the living room with exit to the garden. There is also a TV room and a toilet. On the second floor, there is a bathroom with 1 large shower and a separate toilet. 2 large bedrooms, both with double beds and exit to balcony. Behind the house is a lush garden with seating.

It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.
