Monthly Rentals in Änggården

Andreas place is absolutely beautiful! Myself and my sister felt right at home and very welcomed. We would love to come back here as the location is perfect, having the option to travel into the city centre by the metro nearby, or travelling into the nearby peaceful towns! Andreas was always happy to help with any questions and was very friendly, we would 1000% recommend!!!

This is a great apartment. Very well appointed. We had everything we needed and more. Roy was a great host, very welcoming.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. The property is beautiful, spacious and we instantly felt right at home. The location is quiet with great access to the nature reserve, the botanic garden and Slottskogen for great walks. There is a tram stop 5 minutes away to get access to the city and the many restaurants and bars. A small shop is a few minutes away although not the best stocked. Carina is a great host, very responsive and provided clear instructions. I would love to stay here again when in Gothenburg.

We were in Gothenburg for a few days and were looking for accommodation that is both quiet and within easy reach of the old town. Both apply to the beautiful apartment on the 1st floor in the house also inhabited by Charles: privileged and safe residential area above the roofs of the city incl. Parking at the house, yet only a half-hour walk through the botanical garden to the city (faster, but less picturesque by bus). Charles made our stay as pleasant as possible and was also easily accessible in advance. Even if he lives in the house: you have maximum privacy and independence in the apartment. It was important to Charles to be there in person at check-in and to give us helpful tips regarding the area. In the beautifully furnished and cleverly divided apartment (even more beautiful than in the photos!) we immediately felt at home and found it almost a pity to have spent so little time there!
