The apartment is great, just like in the pictures. The location is excellent: the neighborhood is super quiet and safe, perfect for resting and walking with peace of mind. One of the highlights is the incredible view of all the rooms — really charming and makes all the difference in the stay. Everything was very clean and well organized, and Ana was always helpful and easy to communicate.Recoming hosting and would come back for sure!

Excellent flat, with kitchen with everything needed, clean bathroom and room. Close to the beach. It has everything you need to enjoy as a family weekend and public holidays.

Bianca was super solicitation and responded quickly and kindly. I was with my family, with children and dogs and we need to find a place quickly due to a neglect of another location and in the end it was the best choice. The house is well-equipped, and the sofa is especially so wonderful that it does not want to leave kkk

The house is exactly as described in the listing, with a breathtaking view that makes the stay even more special. Everything was impeccable, very cozy and well prepared to welcome us. Communication with the hosts was excellent, always attentive and helpful. Also, we were surprised by a caring treat that sweetened our holiday. No doubt, a hosting that we recommend and we want to repeat!

Full of beautiful beaches and a place to connect with nature. Breathtaking sunrise and for those who enjoy the starry sky is an event. I will return to this paradise!

Exactly as in the photos, the heated pool saved the stay with the cold weather, apartment with everything you need, and close to several shops, shopping and incredible beaches. Amei and super recommend!

Wonderful location, quiet and clean apartment as in the photos, beautiful place in a very quiet condominium for those who want peace and tranquility. Attentive host and I had flexibility at both check-in and checkout. I had a wonderful weekend with my family. Once again, I thank Mr. Sérgio

The place is large, it was clean and everything was fine. The staircase is possible, and it is not on the downtown side, but you can walk or take a quick Uber. Too bad the nearest beach isn't used for swimming.

Excellent stay. The house is just far from the center of the village which makes it quiet and in contact with very beautiful green spaces. The rooms and kitchen or bathroom were functional with everything you need to stay even for many days. Tatiane was always present with clear information and useful recommendations. It is to emphasize the importance they give to the care of resources such as water, electricity or awareness of the use of the composter where to locate organic remains of the kitchen. The condominium follows a consistent line with that environmental awareness. Beautiful place to spend a few or many days in Abraão. Thank you for everything! 💜

Wonderful stay! The house is really fascinating as in the pictures. We had flexible check in and check out and Inês was very helpful and attentive at all times, including on arrival, when we had a problem with the keys. Everything was impeccable, very clean and organized, very comfortable accommodations and very well behaved our group of 13 people. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, we did not lack any utensil. Inês indicated her trusted cook, Mrs. Regina, for whom I can only dedicate compliments and thanks for the wonderful meals she has prepared us, as well as being a sweetheart, love of a person. The view of the outside area is breathtaking! Structure of the leisure area also impeccable. The deck gives access to the beautiful sea of the island, with kayaks available and also with the right to observe marine life. Easy access to Figueira Beach by the condominium, about 3 minutes walking distance. Mercado makes delivery at the house, which made it very easy for us. Perfect stay and super recommended by us!

We loved the stay, super-equipped and cozy house; We didn't have much contact with the hosts, but in the little contact we did have, they were very cordial. We suffered a little on the first night, due to the smell of the rooms, I believe because they were closed and the weather was rainy, especially room 01, but nothing that a full day of airing out wouldn't solve, this didn't hinder our stay. Beautiful place!!! Great house!! We love it and recommend it!

My contact was more with Fabiana, super helpful and attentive. The apartment was in accordance with the listing description, great location next to Shopping Pirata, 2 km from the center, very close to the highway if you want to visit the beaches of Angra by car, there are very good beaches following the direction of Mangaratiba. Very nice condominium area, for those who prefer convenience, there are tours that you can arrange in the condominium area and the boats stop at the condominium pier. We liked everything, I recommend it and we hope to return on another occasion. Thanks Fabiana

Our stay was wonderful! Mr. José is extremely requested and very nice. The view of the apartment is exceptional, the condominium is note 10, there is a playground where my son could play at night, club grade 10, etc. Good beach, good club pool and bar with good service in the pool as well. I took advantage of the sun of the weekend and it was all exceptional.

Lindomar was a great host. He was very informative and made sure I had everything I needed to have a good stay. I don’t speak Portuguese very will and he tried his absolute best to make sure the language barrier was not an issue. The apartment itself had the best view. The resort was also very nice as well and was the perfect place to work due to it having a restaurant on site and a pool to take a little break from work, without having to take much time off from my workday. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

The apartment is perfect, had everything we needed, complete, clean and extremely comfortable…not to mention in the breathtaking view. We spent wonderful days The condominium is amazing and complete. Fernanda always responded quickly and super friendly, sure we'll be back soon.

Great location, in a quiet neighborhood great for family looking for a vacation break, apartment was clean and provided the necessary for stay, as well as Jean's welcome and care to explain about the condominium and make it even easier to stay! We stayed a few days, but were extremely well spent... Everything that Marcelo describes about the apartment is equivalent to what we found there. All very clean and sanitized, with all the services informed. The Resort offers you beach, clubs, pools - and the ocean is worth SO MUCH... Take a diving mask to see the little fish! We'll be back - and with the family for sure! Thanks for having us and always ready to answer our questions, Marcelo! Ah! We really felt at home... Congratulations!

The apartment was exactly the one shown in the announcement. All equipped with various utensils,TVs in all comodos . Clean and well-maintained. Communication with Carla was very easy . I intend to return at another time
