Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. We have good tips!

Charm in the wild

The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

Weekend Beach&Wild Cozy Apartment Beaches&Forest.

Very comfortable cozy apartment, ideal for a pleasant stay between ocean and nature. 5 minutes from the beaches of Capbreton, Seignosse and Hossegor by car and 20 minutes from Bayonne. Linens are provided. Peaceful haven with a bakery, greengrocer and caterer within a 3-minute walk, as well as the possibility to pick up your local products at the farm on Saturday mornings, 2 minutes away by bike. We look forward to hosting you as soon as you like!

Living room with double sofa bed (real 140 bed), equipped kitchen, washing machine, bedroom with queen bed, toilet and separate shower room. Sheets (duvets) and towels provided. Seaside atmosphere for this 20 m² studio in a very quiet area on the edge of the forest, 3 km from the beach, close to all shops, with 4 beds (mezzanine and sofa bed), an equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi. You can also enjoy the outdoor space to have your meals under the umbrella. I will be present at each stage of your stay at my home for a personalized and friendly welcome. And starting in April 2023, air conditioning will cool your nights.

5 minutes from the coast, entertainment and nature, recent independent house of 90 m² with private landscaped garden of 350 m², equipped outdoor terrace (arbor, plancha, tables, chairs, sunbathing), contemporary decoration, large living space, well equipped and air conditioned. (Tourism and disability label), outdoor parking. Guests have the choice to clean on departure, at no extra cost, or to pay a €50 fee upon arrival.

Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Les animaux ne doivent pas rester seuls dans le logement. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal.
