Amandine is a very thoughtful, responsive and friendly host. We were very well received and had a warm contact while being discreet. The outside (garden) is very pleasant, there is everything you need for children and the pool is great (heated by heat pump, Amandine accepted without problem to increase the temperature for the comfort of children). The house is well equipped, especially in terms of bed linen and towels, which are clean and smell good. The bedding in the parent rooms was very comfortable. The house is very well located to access quite quickly by car to Bayonne, Biarritz, Anglet, Saint Jean de Luz, Hossegor... The beautiful beach of La Piste in Capbreton is 15 minutes by car. We had a great family holiday in a beautiful area that we didn't know! Thanks!

This house is beautiful Extremely comfortable bedding The little plus foosball the kids loved it. And of course direct access to the beach without the need to take the car. Nina's welcome was very friendly. I would highly recommend it

Modern and comfortable apartment in a great location for exploring, the bikes made getting around very easy with excellent cycle lanes. We enjoyed the local town also, which is only a short walk away!

Great house in a great location

Beautiful stay at Barbara and Davy's! A warm welcome, recommendations on the region, well-maintained and super-equipped villa, faultless :-) The pool is a big plus in a super quiet neighborhood. Barbara and Davy are very attentive and accessible hosts (thank you for the cold drinks and the surprise basket on our arrival). Moliets beach is accessible in 10-15 min by bike (rented and delivered via the Moliets bike shop), count 5 min by car. Surfing, restaurants and shops galore... super U 5 min drive. A relaxing stay, we recommend it 100%

The house is perfectly equipped (we see that the owners live there for a good part of the year, because there is really everything you need), tidy and carefully maintained. The neighborhood is quiet. We are not too far from Hossegor and the beaches. The pool and aperitif area are perfect. Between the rental and our vacation, a pergola for the dining table and air conditioning in the parent room have been added👍. Lydia and Stéphane were very welcoming and helpful, always available to answer our questions. Thank you so much for a great week.

Aline was a great host who made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The house had cleaning of the common areas every day which was great since we were a big group staying for the week. The house is very beautiful and a great place to stay when visiting Biarritz!

We had a great time at the house and that was despite the fact that the weather was rather mediocre. Even on a rainy day, it is very comfortable in the great house with 14 people. The kitchen is well equipped and when the sun comes out it is wonderful in the pool and on the large property. The house is very quiet and privacy is absolutely respected. All in all, an absolute recommendation!

Even more beautiful than the pictures! The villa was exceptional and we were able to have a wonderful stay for 11. The location is close (by car) to many beaches and restaurants while being quite isolated which reinforces the tranquility of the stay. The outdoor living room is really complete and allows you to live completely outside; the pool is also amazing! Manuel and Wanda are responsive and very friendly. In short, a very nice accommodation.

Great villa for our family, pool was lovely and warm and all the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The basement room is a good size but not the nicest place to stay. We would definitely return to this villa again, we had a great time.

Everything is perfect, to say a pega I would say the pool was a little cold, so it is covered but not heated. That didn't stop several of the group from getting into it. The jacuzzi was off and the cold water so we set it up and it took to heat the water almost 10h, but then not a single problem. On Saturdays a maintenance guy goes for the pool and caught us by surprise since no one warned us, but that does not prevent us from choosing this place again in the future, my friends and I are already looking for a date to repeat.

Very good stay at François's, house fully met our expectations. For 3 families, we were comfortable and were able to fully enjoy this beautiful home. Thanks François, we'll be back

A beautiful house in a relaxing location! The house is very quiet, located on the edge of a wooded area. It is super nicely furnished and the kitchen is very well equipped. The pool is simply awesome on particularly hot days. Great for relaxing, we could have stayed even longer after 10 days! There are many bike paths in the area and the beach is about 3 km away via almost exclusively comfortable bike paths. Mathieu, thank you so much for the lovely stay!

Beautiful place. The view from the upper apartment is amazing. The kitchen is very well-stocked. The place is very clean, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the lake. The heated pool is really nice on colder days.

Clear house, tastefully furnished, impeccable cleanliness,comfortable, functional in which you can feel good. Everything is designed for a pleasant and peaceful stay. The proximity to the ocean beach and the Huchet current accessible by bicycles made available by the host , is a real plus. We'll be happy to go back.

The house is perfect for 7 to 8 people. The quality of the services is very good. The concierge who takes care of the property is great. Only downside, a little far from the center of hossegor and the beaches by bike. Everything is to be done by car

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in France! The villa was very modern, beautifully equipped with everything we needed, and had a great layout — perfect for hosting and keeping an eye on the kids while they played in the swimming pool. The heated pool made a huge difference and was enjoyed every single day. The location was excellent — you could walk to the local shop for fresh bread and essentials, and the beach was only a quick 6-minute drive away. It offered the perfect balance of peace and convenience. Communication with the host was outstanding: always very responsive, helpful, and quick to assist with anything we needed. The villa was spotless, free of clutter, and clearly cared for with love and attention to detail. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely love to return — highly recommended for a relaxing, comfortable, and unforgettable holiday!
