Dans un cadre paisible et verdoyant, à quelques pas de la plage et du lac d’Hossegor nous proposons une petite villa moderne avec 3 chambres et 3 sdb. Le jardin est entièrement clos et la propriété est loué e à l’usage exclusif du Locataire. La villa dispose d'une cuisine américaine équipée, d'un salon compfortable et est entièrement climatisée. La location de la piscine ou jacuzzi est possible en supplement. Notez que la piscine est chauffée et se loue de mois d'avril jusqu’au mois d’octobre.

The loft is located in a quiet area at the bottom of our garden. Separated by an opaque wooden fence. Not overlooked. Close to shops (3 min) and 15 min from the beach (Hossegor) by car. Modern 20 m2 studio with equipped kitchen and bathroom with walk-in shower, 160 bed, TV and WiFi. Heated pool access (May to September 15), outdoor area shared with owners; Jacuzzi reserved for tenants. The studio is adjoining our house but the entrance is independent. Located 10 minutes' drive from the beaches of Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton, 25 minutes from Bayonne and 50 minutes from Spain. Numerous bike path starts. Closed parking in the courtyard.
