Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. The charm of a modern and comfortable cabin, renovated with passion in the spirit of a sailor's shelter, the Petit Marsouin, villa with terrace surrounded by a small garden, is ideal for a family of 4/5 people. The house is located less than 300 meters from the beach and the fishing port and 2 kilometers from the city centers of Capbreton and Hossegor. Come and explore the many bike paths. Access the beaches, harbor and shopping streets on foot or by bike, forget your car!

Charm in the wild

The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

Very comfortable cozy apartment, ideal for a pleasant stay between ocean and nature. 5 minutes from the beaches of Capbreton, Seignosse and Hossegor by car and 20 minutes from Bayonne. Linens are provided. Peaceful haven with a bakery, greengrocer and caterer within a 3-minute walk, as well as the possibility to pick up your local products at the farm on Saturday mornings, 2 minutes away by bike. 10 minutes from the center of Bayonne and Biarritz, Jean and Isabelle will be happy to welcome you to the Millet house, an old house that they have restored. Located between Maharin Park and the pine forest of Chiberta, the Anglet beaches will be 5 min drive or 20/25 min walk away and accessible by bike through the forest. The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.

ANGRESSE, in the heart of the village, 4 km from HOSSEGOR, CAPBRETON and SEIGNOSSE. 48 m² MAISONETTE (classified 3 stars by the Landes Departmental Tourism Committee) with fenced garden. Living room with double sofa bed (real 140 bed), equipped kitchen, washing machine, bedroom with queen bed, toilet and separate shower room. Sheets (duvets) and towels provided. Bakery, greengrocer, catered charcuterie, pizzeria, restaurant 150 meters' walk.

Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Les animaux ne doivent pas rester seuls dans le logement. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal.
