hi Guys, we came from the USA for the festival of my City. I brought friends and family with me. I lived about 15 minutes from the house in the past so for me it was like going home. I was looking for something unique, a place that told itself , a quiet place, a place with greenery and an area to share like a football game, etc. The spaces are used very well, all comfortable. Only 35min from FCO int, and about 25min to the same. There is a train about 10 minutes away that takes you to piazzale flaminio , so you don't stress for parking, etc. There is an excellent local fraschetta 6 minutes by car, others chosen about 10 minutes away, and a large supermarket 9 minutes away. Pay attention to the road to get there at night, 2/3min there are some rises due to the roots of the trees. Silvio is very nice, so nice but very reserved (the right, not intrusive) I recommend this magical place, to family friends and couples, who want to relax and have fun (with respect) see you soon

We stayed in the villa as a group of six after our city trip to Rome, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how modern and well-maintained everything was. The host exceeded all expectations—friendly, attentive, and always checking in to see if we needed anything. We even received welcome drinks and some ingredients to cook pasta, which was a lovely touch. The villa was spotless and fully equipped. It had a large pool in the front and a smaller one with a whirlpool in the back—perfect for relaxing after sightseeing in the city. The host also allowed us a late check-out, as our flight was in the evening, and even arranged a shuttle to the airport for us. We couldn’t have asked for more. The service, comfort, and overall experience were outstanding. We would 100% recommend this villa and would love to stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

Although the apartment was a little basic, it was as described, so perfect for me. The location was excellent, right in the town and near all the amenities. I’m sure I would have had an excellent nights sleep in the comfortable bed, if it hadn’t been for the local dogs barking all night! Although I did not meet Maurizio in person, he communicated well, and was very helpful. A great host.

This place is situated a little far from Rome central but has very reasonable bus/tram connections so getting there isn’t too difficult. The apartment was clean and well described. A comfy bed with an AC unit nearby which is needed as it does get quite hot at night. Our hosts, although we didn’t meet them until the end, were so helpful, communicative and generous. We are not wine drinkers but a bottle was left for us with a note. This would be a nice touch for those after a long day of travelling. Overall a very good experience

This was our first time in Rome and we could have not selected a better place to stay. Everything was as described, Raffaella was a great host and provided excellent recommendations. Trevi Fountain right outside the window!!!

Alessandro was a great host. Responsive, kind and very helpful. Easy to communicate with. His space is in a wonderful neighborhood and walkable to all the attractions Rome has to offer! The bed is in a loft and may be a little tricky to navigate if you have any accessibility needs but other than that, it was rustic, clean and a lovely stay!

Perfect stay with romantic jacuzzi! We stayed in this property and we really enjoyed ourselves. The house is very clean and well cared for, with a welcoming atmosphere. The hot tub was the highlight: spacious, well-functioning and incredibly relaxing, perfect for a moment of pampering. The adjustable TV is also adorable, comfortable both from the bed and from the bathtub, ideal for movie nights without sacrificing comfort. The balcony was a pleasant surprise, especially for those who love a cigarette break without having to go downstairs. The bed was very comfortable and the parking was easy to find. Highly recommended for couples looking for relaxation and a touch of romance! We will definitely be back. 🌟

We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

We stayed with a family of four. Great location, literally hung out from the Colosseum every night being about one minute away. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes. Coffee shop downstairs great spot downstairs. Clean rooms, AC mini splits in each room. We visited in June and it was blazing hot so AC huge plus. The balcony was nice to hangout in the early morning and late night.

Our two-night stay at MamaRoma could not have been better! Bright and spacious, we were excited to return home after busy days on our feet. Daniela personally welcomed us and was very thorough in her explanations and recommendations of the surrounding area, which is both peaceful and only a stone’s throw from the city’s biggest attractions. Fulvio has been kind and great at communicating with us, thank you very much!!

Very positive experience: the apartment is really nice and complete with every accessory and comfort for an extended stay. Our only mistake was deciding to dine out, when we could have enjoyed a beautiful sunset view of the sea from the terrace. Absolutely recommended also for the kindness and helpfulness of the hosts. Super :)

The apartment was easy to access, impeccably clean, and very well maintained. It had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made my stay extremely comfortable. The host was welcoming and took the time to show me around the property, as well as recommend excellent local restaurants and shops. With a bus stop located less than a minute away, getting around the city was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this accommodation and will certainly choose to stay here again on future visits to Rome.

We loved it! Nice, spacious apartment, and we were warmly welcomed by Antonella. Easy to walk everywhere, the lake is just around the corner. Definitely a place you want to come back to.

Everything was perfect... the host proved to be up to expectations, always present, never pressing! The location of the house is excellent... with the metro 10 minutes away on foot, and bus line 83 right in front of the entrance gate, so it's great for getting around the capital... The house is wonderful in size, I don't think you can do better... everything is made available to guests, every little space has everything you need to offer a lovely stay... the bathroom is complete with hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel, and various items for women's skin care... there is the possibility of using the washing machine to freshen up your clothes and a super-equipped kitchen! So, what more could you want? Thank you so much for everything and I hope to come back in the future!

Everything about our stay at Marco’s apartment was perfect. We couldn’t think of any way it could have been better. The outdoor shower got lots of use in the very hot weather. We booked this apartment months ago and it was everything we hoped it would be. The only disadvantage for us is that it is a long way from our home in New Zealand but if we ever return to Rome we would love to come back.

Claudia’s apartment is right in the heart of the action on a bustling street. Still easy to sleep like a baby (new windows, good sound protection). The unit is comfortable, clean, beautiful. Not huge in size, but great for a few nights. Bed was very comfy. Nice pillows 🫶

I stayed in this apartment during my visit to Rome and the experience was excellent. The location is unbeatable, with everything you need just a few steps away: restaurants, supermarkets, public transport and many tourist spots. The neighborhood is safe, beautiful, and very well connected. The apartment is cozy, clean and very well equipped, ideal for both short and long stays. I felt at home from the start. I especially highlight the host's attention, who was incredibly kind, always available to help and with very good local recommendations. You can tell that he really cares about making your stay perfect. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!

Francesca was a wonderful host! The place had everything we needed and was a nice oasis away from the business of the city center.

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the photos and the description. We arrived a little later than expected and Flavio was very flexible and then came to the agreed time with the keys and explained everything to us. The accommodation has everything you need for cooking, sleeping, etc. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and the old town as well as the Bahbhof Bracciano is very easily accessible on foot and within an hour you can get to Rome by train. When the city called for a water interruption at short notice, Flavio informed us and even brought us a canister in the evening, which was very sweet. We were completely satisfied, thank you very much and would like another time again :).
