Vous pourrez stationner gratuitement à proximité. Logement Idéal pour passer les concours à Gayant expo. Mezzanine avec au choix lit 180 ou deux lits de 90. Le troisième lit de 90 au rez-de-chaussée est à réserver en supplément avec le linge évidemment fourni. Une borne électrique se trouve à 50m.

Inside you will find a bed area for 2 people and an equipped kitchen. + Air conditioning On the bathroom side, a shower, a sink and a toilet. Outside, a terrace on stilts facing the garden equipped with a brazier and a relaxation area with a Jacuzzi heated all year round.

The 245 is a comfortable apartment of 50 m2, located on the 1st floor (access by stairs) in the heart of the city center. It has a large bedroom with a 160/200 cm bed. Recently renovated, carefully maintained and cleaned with care, it offers a high level of comfort (double glazing, quality equipment). Free parking at Place du Barlet, 2 minutes' walk away, or on the street (charges apply from 9 am to 7 pm). Shops, restaurants in the immediate vicinity, train station within 10 minutes' walk.
