Albigny, close to the beach with parking

The apartment, completely renovated, is on the 4th floor. It has a separate bedroom and 2 balconies overlooking a large listed park. You will be 500 m from Albigny Beach and close to all the small shops in the neighborhood of the same name. For your information, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, it is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. The proposed parking is located at the bottom of the building, it is an outdoor co-ownership parking lot with free placement.

Situated in pedestrian zone in the historic district, in an 18th century building with digital code, in the 3rd floor, the apartment was done up like new, view to garden, at the foot of the castle. You will find all the necessary comfort to relax you, and the charm of former days. Welcome! Our bright apartment facing the mountains is located in the quiet area of Les Clarines. You will love having lunch on the south-facing balcony facing Mont Veyrier after a day at the lake (15 min walk/5 min by bike), in nature, in town (20 min walk/15 min by direct bus from the train station). Accommodation on the 5th floor with elevator and 180° mountain views. A delicious bakery for breakfast is across the street from the building :) We want you to have a great time with us!

A big thank you to Nathalie and Ange for their warm welcome and availability. We rented the house for a weekend, on the occasion of our daughter's baptism, and everything was perfect. Really nice place very close to Lake Annecy. Right in the center of lake activity, a lot of street noise our first night there which was a Sunday night but then settled down. Elevator inside building a big plus when transporting luggage. No street parking so parked in parking lot two blocks from apartment as instructed and was reimbursed by rental management very promptly. Large bed also a plus!

It was a perfect location right in the heart of where you want to be. It was exactly as described. They tell you the truth about what to expect. The two bathrooms were a plus, yes only one toilet but two large bathrooms to get ready in. I would highly recommend. Only thing for someone who can’t carry bags upstairs it might be difficult but we knew that and we were expecting it. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Sophie’s apartment was very smooth and pleasant. She was helpful and welcoming — she even came to meet us on her bicycle to show us where to park, which made our arrival easier. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had all the kind of amenities for a short or long family stay. The location is excellent — right in the center of Annecy’s old town, with everything within walking distance: shops, restaurants, and the lake. The apartment also had a very nice view over the old town, which we enjoyed during our stay. Overall, a convenient and well-located place, and Sophie was a responsive and thoughtful host.
