Folk Loft! Bright, 120sqm, heart of the old town!

Amazing 120m2 loft in duplex in the heart of the old town on the "Sainte Claire" place. Fresh and vintage decoration, very bright and calm with all bed rooms facing the Castle to the south over the roofs. The location is ideal with all restaurants, bars and shop a few steps away. By foot or bike, escape the old town in a few minutes and find yourself parading around our so charming lake, breathing the amazing air of the surrounding mountains. There you are, enjoying :-)

Rated 4 stars for 4 people since March 23. Characterful apartment, 100 m2 located in the heart of Annecy city center, pedestrian street, less than 200 m from the lake. Renovated entirely by an architect, enjoy the charm of wood and stone while having beautiful bright spaces and dedicated spaces: 2 bedrooms + bathroom, a large living room and a kitchen...which overlooks the quiet terrace! Enough to relax and enjoy our Venice of the Alps as a lover or family!

Aix les bains less than 15 minutes away (Aix les bains Nord highway access). Halfway between Annecy and Chambéry. Loft composed of 2 bedrooms one with a bathtub, the other with walk-in shower, the bedding (160/200) is of very good quality and the beds are ready, you have at your disposal Bath sheets, bath towels and washcloths. The sofa unfolds to get extra bedding for 2 people, we can add a 90x200 mattress to the floor.
