Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Ano Poli, Thessaloniki

Very nice and luxurios house with all nessecities. Quiet, but still close to beach, supermarket and good traditional restaurants. A big house for 4 persons!

Great modern villa close to the beach. The host were REALLY responsive, so the level of hospitality was top!

The place is amazing !! One of the best place I stayed in. The jaccuzi is very nice. Everything is decorated well and feels like home ! It is also very clean. The location is outside of the city center but by car very close to the city center. We loved the location. We loved everything about the stay

Amazing experience! It was what we expected, a place where you escape everyday life and relax! Quiet in nature, full facilities with sauna, hot tub and pool, and suitable for going with friends as it can accommodate 8 people. Hosts are impeccable, thank you so much!

Beautiful villa in a beautiful area. Close to the sea restaurants, pier etc. Pavlos was an amazing host that will go out of his way if you need something. We will be back next year...

The location is fantastic, the environment is fantastic, the greenery, everything in this house is fantastic. You feel like at home. We enjoyed it. We had a wonderful holiday in this house! The location was perfect - the house is in a quiet area, but only twenty minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops, the airport, the center of Thessaloniki and two minutes from the water park. The area around the house is very large, so the children had plenty of space to play. The inside of the house was very clean and tidy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners of the house are very responsive and promptly resolved any issues. Our family was greeted very warmly. Ermolaos and his wife Dimitra were very caring. It was a pleasant and unexpected surprise for us when we checked into the house and saw a pie on the table that Dimitra had baked for us! Ermolaos is very friendly and he helped us a lot to adapt and provided a lot of useful information about local restaurants, entertainment and the best beaches. We recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay during the holidays.

It was a very pleasant experience, though we had a short stay in Agios Antonios. Daniil and Maya were very kind and the house was indeed nice with large spaces, clean and beautiful views from the huge balcony. The neighborhood is quiet and one can feel the relaxed countryside life. The village itself is close to Thesaloniki and Halkidiki, which makes it perfect location if travelling Northern Greece. We all appreciated Maya's talent, she prepared for us a special dinner, excellent mediteranean salads, delightful desert and an excellent white wine. Daniil has helped and advise us about the best places in Thesaloniki, parking places, historical points of interests, museums and traditional shops. We were in permanent contact and he managed to arrange all the details for a smooth travel experience. In few words great hosts, very nice house, excellent food, good location.

Maria and George were excellent hosts. They stayed in communication with us from the very beginning of the booking. The Villa was very charming and felt very private. It definitely felt like it was off the beaten path. Our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool, even though the pool was not heated. We were traveling to Turkey to see family and decided to stop in Greece for a few days. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it appears that much of the little beach town closes down after the summer season. We thought there would be more restaurants & cafes within walking distance, but with George’s recommendations, we did find some nice restaurants & cafes in the nearby little town of Nea Kallikrateia. Maria & George welcomed us with a stocked refrigerator & they even offered to cook us a meal! There was a good pizza restaurant that was open in Nea Irakleia that we walked to. We drove to Thessaloniki one day & a stunning beach about 1 1/2 hours away called Kavourotrypes Beach.

Fantastic stay. Very welcoming and responsive host. The property was spotless. Private location so car is essential.

George is one of the kindest host I've ever met. His Villa creates best atmosphere for local Greek vacation. If you want to rest, swim and eat definitely recommend ❤️

First of all, the house is even more fantastic in person than in the photos. Indeed, upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the size, beauty, but above all the cleanliness of this house. George is an exceptional owner. Too bad it's impossible to leave more than 5 stars for our review as he made our stay magical. Very kind and attentive to his guests, he indeed allowed us to have an excellent vacation in his country. We agree with all previous comments that praise George's kindness. What a pleasure to have fresh treats in the morning or to be able to eat salad, from his vegetable garden or even to use his personal vehicle! We enjoyed the quietness of the countryside, the beautiful view of the house, but especially the fact that it is functional. EVERYTHING is provided, we felt right at home. Thanks again to George. We'll be back, that's for sure!
