Apartment holiday rentals in Ano Poli, Thessaloniki

I stayed at this wonderful place for one week. Everything was as advertised and true to the photos. The view is so amazing! Love to sit on the terrace sofa and look at the view to the sea and over the city and watch the birds. Loved it! Ana poli (the old town) is charming but on a pretty steep hill so I got some work out. Probably not for people with medium or more mobility issues. I highly recommend this place for short and longer stay. The host Ilias was very responsive and very helpful - e.g. when I had a health issue to tend to and gave a good advice. If I come back to beautiful Thessaloniki I will definitely stay again. Thanks a lot! Wonderful place.

Quirky, spacious, no-frills place in the Ano Poli, Old town. Area with quite a few sites nearby to visit, lovely restaurants but all very laid back...bit of a student vibe and not so many tourists. If you walk from the centre to the apartment it goes uphill, good exercise or take the bus! The apartment has a great terrace of the bedroom ideal for breakfast and an afternoon glass of wine. Quiet during night, no traffic and friendly neighbours.

Dimitris’s place is wonderful - it is located adjacent to the Roman Forum, in between many sites including the Rotunda, White Tower, and short walk to the Acropolis. The apartment is incredibly clean, and thoughtfully curated for the guest experience. I highly recommend Dimitris place for anyone looking for a comfortable space while traveling in Thessaloniki.

Comfortable stay, very content. Maybe one thing to know is that at 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM very loud church bells sounded (we had this during the weekend). So people that want to sleep in may find this a bit annoying

Great stay! It was our first time in an Airbnb room so we were very skeptical. It was really a very pleasant surprise and a very beautiful experience! New apartment, clean, beautifully decorated. They are only 2 apartments, which have a common front door but independently from each other (ground floor and 1st floor). For us who were a group of 2 families with children were incredibly convenient! Area very good and quiet, very close to the center (access on foot, 10 minutes). Very kind Eleni, very helpful and direct. We'll definitely choose it again on our next visit! Thank you.

Would book again anytime. Everything as described, well and modernly equipped, nothing to complain about. Friendly and fast communication, easy access. A little off the beaten track, lots of nice restaurants. The deck is amazing! I would only advise against it for people with very light sleep. The elevator is quite close and you can hear it a little. It didn't bother me at all. As I said: anytime again, thank you!

We had a great stay at this apartment! It’s beautifully renovated with a modern design, very clean, and located in a quiet building which offered a peaceful contrast to the lively atmosphere of Thessaloniki. We especially loved the bathroom and its lighting, a real highlight. Also, Christos was incredibly kind and responded to all our questions very quickly. Highly recommended!

Lia’s apartment feels like home. It’s not one of those cookie-cutter Airbnbs. It is actually a home. It’s in a great location in Ano Poli and is walking distance to many restaurants and sites. Lia is very communicative and helpful. I highly recommend and would stay again.

Thessaloniki is a very special place. You need to know the history to fully understand the city structure. Lydia’s place is perfect you can feel the character of the city without street noise. Walking distance to everywhere.

The accommodation is very clean, well maintained, modern, lovingly furnished and very well equipped. The landlords are very friendly and extremely accommodating and helpful and were always very easy to reach. They were very eager to help us with minor difficulties and were able to solve our problem within a few hours. The apartment is located above the center of Thessaloniki. You have to climb a little to get there. Bus and metro can be reached within 10 minutes, shopping is available directly on site as well as many options for eating out. As the only note, I would just write that you should pack a sleep mask if you want it to be completely dark. A street lamp directly in front of the apartment also shines in at night. And that didn't bother him. We would book the apartment again anytime.

Everything was very nice, from the check-in and check-out process, to the apartment itself. The apartment was very clean and tidy, we had everything we needed - fully equipped bathroom, mini fridge etc. The location is excellent and the view is great. The windows let a lot of light to enter the apartment. The person we talked to on the phone (Nikos) was very helpful and gave us all the instructions we needed and also gave us the possibility to check out late in the evening. The neighbourhood is very quiet.

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! Everything went perfectly from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. What really stood out was the incredibly central location—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. Lovely apartment in a very good part of Thessaloniki - plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and there's also easy access to bus stops close by for going any further out. Apartment looked just like the photos and the host gave very helpful instructions about how to use the amenities and get inside! Would recommend

You live centrally in Thessaloniki and have a great view. The furnishings speak for themselves, of course! All in all, a beautiful, large accommodation.

It’s the second time me and my husband are staying there and every time is better than the previous!!! The place is really worth the money, it’s clean, spacious with wine, snacks and coffee. The balcony is a bonus.
