Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ano Poli, Thessaloniki

Very nice and friendly hosts, perfect if you are travelling with a baby, they have everything you might need. Is a 30 minute walk to the city center and you can also take a bus, all very accessible. Great place, definitely would like to come back.

Die Unterkunft war super und der Host sehr freundlich sowie eine top Kommunikation. Die Lage ist nicht gut geeignet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder gehbehinderten Personen, da die Gehwege nicht existent, zugeparkt oder voll mit Müll waren. Dir Wohnung ist mit Kinderwagen und Koffern schlecht zugänglich, da zwei enge Treppen hochführen. Insgesamt also alles gut, solange man gut zu Fuß ist.

Pelagia’s apartment is well located - it’s a short walk down to the main city area and buses run close by. As everyone says, the views from the apartment are great and we enjoyed eating dinner on the terrace a few times. Pelagia was very generous with the snacks etc left in the apartment. We found the main bedroom a bit noisy. Also, the door had no blind and the blinds were not very effective. I slept better once I pulled out the eye map I had brought from the plane trip. Despite these issues, we really enjoyed the space and the location.

Ο Βαλάντης ήταν εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης. Μας έδωσε σαφέστατες οδηγίες, ώστε να βρούμε το σπίτι με ευκολία. Η γειτονιά ήσυχη, το σπίτι καθαρό και αρκετά όμορφο. Επιπλέον, επειδή θέλαμε να μείνουμε μια μέρα επιπλέον και δεν υπήρχε διαθεσιμότητα στο σπίτι που μέναμε, μας έφερε σε επαφή με κάποια γνωστή του, ώστε να συνεχίσουμε τις διακοπές μας. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

Georgios's place is beautiful and he is a super host. Located in the old part of Thessaloniki, the surrounding area is exceptionally peaceful and the rooftop of Georgios's apartment really allows you to make the most of the wonderful Greek weather. Georgios is quick to reply to any questions, very helpful and flexible. Thessaloniki is vibrant city with lots to do and a rich history. The old part of the town is situated at the top of a hillside. We made good use of regular, cheap and friendly taxis to make our way back to the apartment at the end of each day.

An absolute gem in the heart of Thessaloniki! The best thing about this apartment is without a doubt the location – you’re less than 10 minutes from anywhere you’d want to be. It’s tucked right next to a beautiful park and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and everything you could need. Truly an ideal base for exploring the city. George was an amazing host – communication was flawless. He replied within minutes (often seconds!) and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He even let us check in early and check out late to accommodate our schedule, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, has everything you could possibly need, and is perfectly sized for a couple. There were thoughtful touches too – chocolates, biscuits, coffee, and toiletries – which made us feel very welcome. I’ll definitely be checking to see if this place is available next time we’re in Thessaloniki. Highly recommend!

kleanthi's appartment felt very welcoming from the minute we entered very well kept with beautiful traditional furniture, extremely high ceilings and a large living area. We spent most of our time sitting in the lovely living room and the traditional kitchen. We had a nice time staying in the appartment and highly recommended it to others.

This is a great place in the centre of Thessaloniki. It’s located in a great street with loads of restaurants and bars. It felt very safe. The appartement was very clean, cool (airco was great for the hot days), had a very comfortable bed. It is a modern appartement and the balcony is a great plus. All communication was very good. Would recommend if you want a clean and comfy hotel-experience Airbnb in the centre.

Nice apartment in a very central location in the city center. The apartment provides everything that's necessary for a short stay. Be aware that there are bars nearby, so it might be loud at night, and earplugs might be helpful. Nevertheless, I definitely recommend the appartment for a short stay in Thessaloniki.

Uns hat es super gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Das Bad ist sehr klein, das sollte man wissen. Die Gegend ist super, viele Bars, Geschäfte und Restaurants, richtig schön. Sie ist gut erreichbar und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Der Kontakt war immer super nett und wir haben fast sofort Antworten erhalten. Check in und Out sehr komfortabel. Wir sind rundherum zufrieden und würden immer wieder kommen. Danke Maria und Fay.

Gerçekten harika bir konuma sahip! Görülmezi gereken tüm tarihi yerlere ve popüler mekanlara yürüme mesafesindeydi. Aracımızı otoparktan hiç çıkarmadık. Oda temiz ve kullanışlı, balkon ise keyifliydi. Vasilis tüm sorularımıza çok hızlı ve detaylı yanıt verdi. Kesinlikle yeniden tercih ederiz.

Everything was great. The apartment was clean, matched the description and very comfortable. Agios Pavlos is very nice part of Thessaloniki, and it is always a good choice to stay there. It was easy to find a parking place in the vicinity, and the surroundings are beautiful. It was easy to reach the center of the city by foot (15 minutes walk), for the return we recommend the bus 24, since Agios Pavlos is located on the hill. However, it is also feasible to return from the downtown by walking. Highly recommended.

The noise from the street and from the neighbours could be heard but if you have earbuds or doesn’t mind everything else is great. The host answered quickly and apartment had everything you could possibly need.

I had a great time here :) Georgios was very kind, flexible, and responsive. The location was great. It’s just a short walk from the city centre, with a supermarket nearby. The space was ideal for one person—clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials. The balcony did not have the most amazing view, but it got fantastic sun and was a great spot to relax. I would definitely recommend this place!

This is a real find; a quiet spot in a busy city but only a 15-20 minute walk away from the main streets. Communication was excellent throughout. We were met by the hostess, who was lovely and friendly, and was very helpful. We were directed to the parking space and then left to get on with it which was great. We received some great recommendations and the apartment was super clean and so comfortable. We cannot recommend this enough!

Stan je ugodan za boravak, cist, sa svim potrebim uredjajima. Posebno bih istakla da su se u stanu nalazile kupke, samponi, hladna voda u frizideru, kafa i slicno. Pristupacnost i blizina svim atrakcijama. Posebna pohvala za Andreasa koji je pruzio sve potrebne informacije za sto ljepsi i ugodniji boravak. Preporuka!

L’host é stato estremamente disponibile e reattivo, nonostante l’orario tardivo ci ha risposto subito per facilitarci l’ingresso all’appartamento. L’appartamento è molto ampio e con tutto perfettamente pulito e in ordine. Nonostante sia su una strada piuttosto trafficata non si sentiva nessun rumore di notte grazie agli infissi nuovi. L’ingresso è spesso molto affollato perchè c’è la fermata del bus davanti ma non comporta un disturbo eccessivo. Consigliato!
