Beachfront holiday rental in Ansedonia

We stayed in this property, chosen somewhat randomly from many, and I must say that never was a better choice. Roberta immediately proved to be available, friendly and with her attitude she made us feel immediately at ease The apartment is really nice, spacious, bright, brand new and fantastically maintained. The sea is really just a few steps away with an immense and very well maintained beach. The town offers the essentials, but there is a lot to do and see in the surroundings. A mini vacation that will remain in our hearts, as well as Roberta, 🥰 with whom we are sure we will be in touch shortly to organize a longer vacation. So I recommend everyone to try the location in order to get to know the place .... you won't regret it, but above all Roberta...

Apartment 100% as described. We were pleasantly surprised: the apartment is definitely spacious, fresh and equipped with every comfort. The furniture is very modern. Impeccably clean. The location is strategic: in less than a minute on foot you can find yourself in the main street of the center of Castiglione with numerous shops and restaurants (a tip: always book for time because you risk staying without dinner! We were in Castiglione in the week of August and without booking it was difficult to find a place even late in the evening). In a few minutes by foot you can find yourself on the waterfront where there are many beach establishments but also numerous free beaches. Right outside the apartment, the supermarket is very comfortable! Niccolò and Daniela were always kind and super helpful: we especially thank Daniela for all the tips she gave us!!!! Not recommended!

Laura’s apartment is very cozy and well equipped, you can feel it is a family home. I enjoyed a lot staying there for 2 weeks, it is spacious, and close enough to walk everywhere , yet more secluded in a quieter area, with peace and silence.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Consuelo's Airbnb apartment near the sea in Castiglione de la Pescaia, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Consuelo is an outstanding host—both incredibly helpful and remarkably responsive. From the moment I booked, she ensured smooth communication, promptly addressing any queries I had with warmth and efficiency. Her attention to detail and dedication to guest comfort made our stay truly effortless. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly situated for easy access to the beautiful coastline. The location of the house is perfect, close to all amenities, downtown and the beach. The house is commented on its own by looking at the photos. In fact, we found an apartment with a number of tools, spaces, decor that I doubt is reachable elsewhere. Downsides: None.

We had a wonderful time. Amazing place for everyone who loves nature and a place to relax. Beautiful and wild beach close by - we have it high on our list for future holidays!

We had a great stay! The apartment is great: clean, well-equipped, very comfortable. And above all, it's just a stone's throw from the beach, so you can enjoy it stress-free. Cristina was super available and responsive, it's nice. Frankly, nothing to complain about, we would come back without hesitation! Thanks ☺️

Check-in worked out excellently. Host couple very nice and uncomplicated. The house was very clean. The location is fantastic. To the front the sea and behind the house a pine forest, playground. Bakery, vegetable shop, cafe and shopping center within walking distance (5 minutes on foot). I recommend this house with a clear conscience.

everything is great. I suggest placing a few extra lights in front of the curtains to eat when it's dark.

Antonella was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. She manages the property for Lucio, who meets with you for check-in. Both were easy to communicate with but Lucio does not speak English.

Alessio's house is a wonderful hideaway close to the sea. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings, well worth the very rocky road to get there. We didn't meet Alessio but he was always connected and super responsive

Had a great stay here! We were able to check in early and was greeted by the owner with espresso and peach cake! Echo provided helpful translation when needed. We also received an invitation to the family's alpaca farm that night. The room itself was very clean and cutely appointed. We were only there for one night, but it had all the basics we needed with the exception of dish soap. The pool was a fabulous respite from the extreme heat - it's not a lap pool but plenty of room to swim around and relax. It is located an easy walk across the street to the lake. About a five minute walk to the grocery store. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to the top of town. about a 20 minute walk from the train station. We ate at Ostteria le Scalette & had a great meal. We took a passagiatta through town after dinner & came across a marching jazz band that processed through town. All around a great trip to Castiglione Del Lago! Would highly recommend Residence Rainieri & the town and hope to be able to visit again!

A beautiful little house with a fantastic view of the sea. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are small but nicely furnished and you have everything you need. The terrace is very large with plenty of seating and beautiful tables. From there you have a wonderful view of the sea. The area consists of a few other vacation homes and is very quiet. There is a swimming pool that you can use and at the end of a long staircase an access to the sea (no beach but rocky but still great for swimming). Around the cottage is a small garden and many beautiful trees. Giovanni's father Eduardo welcomed us, showed us everything and was very friendly. If we had a question, we got an answer quickly. For shopping, you drive about 10-15 minutes by car to the next town. In summary: a very nice quiet place with perfect views with friendly people. We will be happy to come back.

I had a wonderful time at Sara's place! The place was not only super clean and cozy, but also had that certain something. You immediately notice that it was decorated here with a lot of love for detail. The location was fantastic, perfect for unwinding and enjoying. A very special highlight was Sara's two dogs – incredibly friendly and lovable, they made the stay even more beautiful.

The villa, shared with other apartments, is in a beautiful place: I think one of the best views of the Argentario. The home matches expectations and images. It is good for couples or families with children (parties or lively evenings would be incompatible with the tranquility and coexistence rules of the building). It has a very effective air conditioning system in the rooms (and this August was very useful). Access to the sea is quite easy and allows you to snorkel nearby or even, swimming a little, to swim to the equipped beach of Pozzarello (the best beaches are Tuscany Bay and Il Tramonto alla Giannella - 15 min by car, or La Zonca alla Feniglia - 20 min by car, or La Dogana or L'Ultima Beach in Capalbio - 40 min by car). Massimiliana is very proactive and precise and maintains the well-being of guests. In general, a beautiful and relaxing vacation.

This beautiful apartment had a breathtaking view of the sea, absolutely incredible from the balcony, seeing all of the Argentario with Porto Ercole and all of Feniglia. ,In addition, we liked being able to go down directly and dive into the sea whenever we wanted. Access is a bit unusual, but after a day we got used to it The apartment itself was well equipped with everything you need to cook, and simply enjoy the view from one of the two beautiful terraces. We also appreciated how quiet and safe it was, as well as having a private parking space, a relief after facing the challenge of parking in Liguria We highly recommend this stay!

The perfect house! Why? Beauty of nature and landscape, strategic location, privacy, external and internal services, cleanliness, kitchen equipment (including barbecue), availability, kindness of Annamaria and Marcello. Everything exceeded expectations and was better than the photos. The house is so cozy that you could stay there for days without leaving. We are golfers and enjoyed the proximity to Argentario golf. We also took advantage of Annamaria's valuable tips regarding beaches, restaurants and boat rides with Paolo, a lovable sailor with whom we saw otherwise unreachable beaches and took unforgettable baths on the high seas. In short, 10 wonderful days, a holiday of absolute relaxation surrounded by the beauty of nature. Don't miss out on this opportunity.

Francesco's house is wonderful, he and his partner welcomed us with kindness and extreme helpfulness, also providing us with local recommendations for restaurants and establishments. The garden is well maintained and enveloped in an extremely peaceful atmosphere, my dog really liked it:) The house is equipped with everything you need to spend quiet days, we would gladly come back!

We were immediately impressed by the cottage (and the location). It is for us the dream accommodation in Italy (and maybe in many parts of the world) for a couple. We have been to Airbnb listings many times, but none is as wonderful as the house on the cliffs. The house is a small, personal with plenty of space for the belongings. We found it to be personal as it lives with the stories of the owners and that makes it very much alive. Every comfort is available (dishwasher, washing machine, heating or air conditioning if necessary). The terrace and sun deck are amazing and the possibility of swimming and snorkeling on the cliffs are the icing on the cake. Ferruccio is a wonderful host, he gives all the necessary information and is always available. We didn't want to leave and hope to be able to live in this jewel again. Excellent welcome, superb apartment with incredible views that you can't get enough of. Quiet and convenient. Huge sandy beach 15 minutes walk or 5-minute drive. Ideal location for visits to the surroundings (archaeological site, term, etc...). We can only recommend this rental and the host's welcome. We'll definitely come back. Michel

We spent 11 days in Ansedonia staying in this comfortable and cozy villa. The outdoor spaces allow you to enjoy a magnificent view and have your own privacy. Internally, the house is very well distributed and is equipped with every comfort. Giusy was valuable for advice and availability. A perfect stay.
