Quite large apartment in a quiet compound, in a good location. The host is well organized, ensuring a smooth stay.

We stayed in Talat's apartment for 1 week and it was perfect. Talat was easily contactable and responded quickly whenever we had a question or needed help on how to use an appliance. The apartment was clean & homely with modern interior. Decoration was stylish and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast out on the balcony most mornings with a beautiful view, and although there was construction nearby, it was not very disruptive. The area was private & intimate. The neighbours were friendly & welcoming. Within a 10 minute walk from the apartment there are supermarkets & restaurants which served delicious meals for a great price. The town centre is a 5-10 minute drive which was perfect for us. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay here and would stay again if we return. Talat and his wife were great hosts.

Apartment is great! Good layout, perfect floor plan and a large balcony, plus the quiet location. Across the street and I was already on the beach, which is not as crowded here as further up to the cable car. The surrounding restaurants are also a little quieter. The supermarket opposite is one of the best in its group. Lots of fresh fruit and Turkish specialties, freshly prepared. Oezdal and his wife Eda are a jewel. Always available at short notice, in a good mood and available for information even in the middle of the night. I have often been in Alanya in private apartments as a guest at home. The apartment of Oezdal and Eda is now at a lonely peak! In the future, I will only stay here if I am allowed! The apartment was amazing, very modern, clean and tidy. Had everything in it I needed. The pool outside is ideal for chilling and relaxing. The beach was only a 10 min walk. Rhnha was a great host, always available to I chat too and very attentive. I will definitely be using again in the future.

Amazing place to stay. Apartment was spotlessly clean and well furnished. Property boasts of indoor swimming pool and spa facilities. Very close to shops and amenities. Property has dishwasher and ironing facilities. Microwave and washing machine will be nice in the property.

The location of the apartment is in the Oba area, which is the most decent, most beautiful part of Alanya. Although very central, you will find the tranquility to read your book comfortably on its spacious beaches. There is a taxi rank, restaurants across from the house. There are bars, numerous shops and grocery stores where you can shop. In the evenings, you can sit on your balcony with pleasure, watch the passing and relieve the tiredness of the day by having a very pleasant time. It is impossible to see a single quality item and material in the house. Although it is a small apartment, everything you need is thought out to the finest detail, in short, a magnificent apartment If the🤩 host is beloved Victoria, the most perfect host I have encountered on Airbnb Tell you all the information you need before, after entering, and without leaving the😍❤ house, complete and on time. In many places I've found on Airbnb, I had to ask the host how to get in and out. The houses wouldn't even have soap to wash hands. The house and Victoria are perfect😍❤

Nice spacious apartment, more then enough for two people. Pros: the apartment is well located – close to the center. The view is amazing, we were really enjoying spending time at the balcony. Cons: roosters were crazy. It impossible to sleep well, especially if you have a fragile sleep. Also it would be better to receive check-in instructions in advance.

First of all, the house was very clean and lovely. Both the location and the amenities were very clean and adequate. It was very close to the sea and the center. We recommend everything.

We traveled with my wife and 2 other children from Istanbul to attend the vow ceremony of my son who served as a military service. We made a 3-day holiday plan for ourselves because our transformation would be difficult. We met Hüseyin and his family through Airbnb. The beautiful people of my beautiful yurt really. The amenities in the villa were very nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool ,jacuzzi ,barbecue were pleasant. We spent 3 days surrounded by peaceful nature. In addition, we collected the aged olives served from the garden and brine. Thank you to Hüseyin and his father, Mr. İBRAHİM. We like to have constant cultural and nature holidays as a family. We weren't a little suspicious when we saw this place on Airbnb. We couldn't believe he'd give such a villa to a suitable fee, but we trusted airbnb. Then we had a few questions for Mr. Emin, he answered it very politely instantly. Then, when we saw the Asmali Villa with our own eyes, we realized that it was beautiful in the pictures. The sounds of birds in nature, the squirrels playing in the trees were great for the village people around. The house was spotless. They thought of everything and were complete. There were pots,pans, glasses, salt,black pepper and all of them in the kitchen. TV with huge ambilayt feature, not even in my house. The white goods are all new and Bosch marks. The beds are viscosite, the foosball table in the living room, I can't write anything. If I had this house, I wouldn't be able to cut the rental. In the end, we would like to thank Mr. Emin and Airbnb. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙏

The place was a palace, we’ve felt like royalty! The pool was nice, functional kitchen, AC, lots of space and a great view to enjoy it all. You need to get a car to go around Kaş, there is a parking space!

We were a large group and the solution with the 4 accommodations was perfect. The houses are very comfortable: double bathrooms, air conditioning in three rooms, excellent cleanliness and well-stocked kitchen. For us, the washing machine was very useful on our traveling trip! The pool was a real treat for adults and children. Absolutely recommended place away from the chaos of Kas!

Apart from a few renovations and improvements at home, there is no problem, I am thinking of going again to a beautifully designed colorful villa.

I would like to thank Mr. Türker for allowing me to have a flexible check-in and check-out. We met Mr. Türker's assistant, Mr. Ömer, and he helped us very quickly and sincerely in everything, and our 5-person holiday was incredibly beautiful, we felt at home and never wanted to leave this place. The cleanliness of the house was very nice, everything was sparkling. If we come again, we will definitely choose this house.

Truly a very beautiful apartment, made in a modern design, expensive appliances and furniture , everything is thought out to the smallest detail. A variety of built-in household appliances, such as a dishwasher, pleasantly accompany the stay. A gorgeous view from the window, everything you need within walking distance. The apartment was really clean and the balcony had beautiful city views. The polite and friendly host responded quickly to all questions and helped if there were any problems. The yard is beautiful, clean, guarded, fenced and peaceful. Taxi to Alanyum shopping center 180 tl (minimum charge). In the yard area, for example, wonderful swimming pools, water slides, a football field, tennis and basketball courts, and they offered enough activities for the children, and it was wonderful to be able to let the children out, because the yard area is safe.
