Beautiful studio furnished and arranged with taste and quality, all with a magnificent view of the Bay of Nice! Particularly well located for shops and walks in Cape Town: everything can be done on foot. Too bad the environment is noisy, sometimes very early in the morning. Jean-Pierre and Yvette are charming hosts and provide very good advice.

Old but well-equipped studio. Welcoming host, very flexible on check-in times, attentive to ensure that the stay goes smoothly, and caring.

This is a hidden gem in Cannes. I have stayed here twice now as it’s the perfect size and location for me when I attend a conference at the Palais. It is walkable to everything and is so safe and cozy. Silvia goes above and beyond as well. Cannot recommend this place enough!

A very nice stay at Carine's place. The latter is ideally located to enjoy the charms of the old city of Antibes. It is also close to Antibes train station and easy to access by public transport. Carine responds quickly to messages and was very accommodating for the arrival and departure of the rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The rooftop terrace was the real star of the show but the house itself was also perfect. Everything looked just like the photos posted. The house is tucked off in a quieter part of Cannes but still walkable to restaurants, shops, etc. We will definitely return.

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

Sandra and Mauro are very nice and helpful people. We were immediately taken care of. You can't imagine a better check-in. We were received, everything was explained to us and we felt taken care of and safe. Sandra and Mauro's hospitality has been really great. The rooms were all clean, you had everything you needed and the view from the terrace is overwhelming!

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. A successful stay at Jeremy's beautiful home. A very responsive host when we had a little problem with the gate, and very accommodating when it came to our late arrival time! quality bedding, a very well-equipped kitchen, and the major asset, the very pleasant outdoors!

Lovely and private villa with a great view and huge pool. The rooms are spread out across three different parts of the house. Definitely needs a car to get around. Fast and convenient check-in , good amenities. We would be happy to visit again!

Host always attentive, responsive and pleasant. The accommodation is modern and spacious with a tree-lined terrace and no neighbors. The residence is well-equipped (swimming pools, tennis, petanque) and secure. Perfect for a stopover or vacation! Recommended +++

The accommodation really met everything we needed. It was important to have a parking space for the house because we traveled by car. But the closed garage has a very narrow space. If you are hesitant about parking, this process may be challenging for you. I was lucky that my husband was a professional driver. I would recommend that you consider this. Great location of the house. You can walk down to the city center in 13 minutes. It is safe on the main street. The interior of the house is full of wooden decorations and arrangements. The fact that it is wooden causes a little sensitivity in terms of smell. I am a sensitive person, so I notice this. If you're not the type to hang out, that's fine. There is an approach in hotel professionalism. White linens and towels were clean. Only a few places were dusted off :). For the exit process, you must first take your car out of the garage and leave the keys back at the house. This situation is a bit challenging and wastes time. This process takes over 20 minutes, it is not practical.

I stayed at this property for about 10 days. The house is very clean, tidy and equipped with every comfort as well as indoor parking. Very close to the center, just steps to the beach and supermarket. The host was always super responsive and very kind at the time of our arrival. I recommend the property to everyone; it is also suitable for families with children.

Great location. Balcony with sea view perfect for breakfast. Balcony facing the cul-de-sac, therefore quiet living. Walking distance to various beaches, old town, shops... possible. Maurice writes back quickly and takes care of it.

I enjoyed the stay. Easy access to Monaco. Simple walk to restaurants and beach. The train is near by. You can rent a scooter a few blocks away. Great bakery, pharmacy and police station just down the road. Felt very safe. The view is picturesque! Super easy to get Ubers. I’d stay there again!
