Booked this place for a private shoot because of it’s spacious living room and great lighting! The accessibility, cleanliness & good air conditioning gave us a comfortable stay amidst summer weather. Thea is very accommodating and responsive to my query! Great two-day stay 🫶🏼

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

My friends and I had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and welcome throughout our entire stay. From the thoughtful welcome snacks to the quick responses whenever we had a questions and requests, their hospitality truly stood out. The house was spacious, cozy, and exactly as described. We LOVE the big projector screen where we watched our favorite shows! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience. Can’t wait to return!

it was a cute small place but perfect for me and my wife , the view was great. There was a small store on the grounds that had nearly everything , the Mall of Asia was walking dustance that had great restaurant, shopping and other stuff. overall I would recommend to others to stay there. Janell was great communicating with.

Patrick was a very accomodating host and the property was able to accomodate our team building participants. Kitchen and bathroom supplies are complete and the pool was clean and refreshing. The property was accessible and there's plenty of convenience stores nearby. Definitely a quick getaway in the middle of the metro!

If I could give this 10 stars I would. Everything was perfect, from the location, to the amenities, to the helpful and efficient service of the caretakers. I definitely recommend this to everyone, and will definitely book again should the opportunity arise.

-Anne's place looked exactly as it did in the photos. -House is inexpensive considering the number of rooms. -Located in a gated subdivision. -Accessible for GrabFood delivery riders. - Prompt; When we needed something, they were easy to reach. The owners were so kind and accommodating to our special requests. We really appreciate all the help. Your house was what we needed at that time - a simple place to rest and recharge so we can be nearer our family and relatives at that time. Again, thank you!

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

Our stay at Laurice’s property was exceptionally pleasant. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient and provided easy access to SM Mall of Asia. It has also Alfamart, a coffee shop, Restos in the area. I highly commend Ms. Laurice’s for her excellent communication and responsiveness throughout our booking process and stay. We experienced a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we wholeheartedly recommend this property to future guests.🩷

Great place, great location. The room was very spacious with complete amenities, we felt right at home. The building itself also had useful amenities and a mini park by the pool where people jog/run and a kids playground too. Mr. Florencio is very responsive, considerate and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Great value for the location and the terrace is a huge plus, very homey. It’s a 6 floor walk up so just keep that in mind if you’ve got heavy luggage! Andres was super responsive whenever we had issues and was quick to resolve!

On this trip, I found that it would be more convenient to extend my stay at the last minute by one day. The unit was available...so I messaged Kristoffe for approval. I got my response back in LESS than 5 minutes. This is the type of host that helps make a stay easy. The condo was beautifully designed, spacious, and spotless. The modern amenities made the stay really comfortable—there’s a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a private balcony that’s perfect for enjoying your morning coffee in the sunshine. The master bedroom felt like a little sanctuary, with a comfy bed and a big cabinet for storage. Overall, the place looks really modern, all the furniture is new, and there are clear instructions for everything so you won’t get confused. It’s also super accessible since it’s on the first floor right next to the lobby (which made picking up GrabFood super easy!), close to the elevator (great for us since we had a senior with a wheelchair), and also near the stairs. My two-week stay at your unit was nothing short of perfect. So grateful for the pleasant experience! Will surely recommend and come back next time 😊
