2nd time booking Marianne's Airbnb - really an idyllic home to stay in at the heart of the metro when you just wanna get away from the hustle and bustle :)

we had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, stylish, and very comfortable—exactly as shown in the photos. The location was great, and everything we needed was close by. The host was kind, responsive, and made the whole experience seamless. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Our stay was lovely and the neighborhood was very peaceful. Jonalin was very responsive whenever we chatted. The house was very clean, and the housekeeper came by to clean the pool each day (when we were available). Overall, a really nice stay!

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! Sherelene is easy to contact or to connect very friendly. The place is great to stay. Leo the care taker helps and assisted us whenever we need something. Safe and easy to get around. Near the mall and plenty of restaurants. Highly recommended..I will surely come back..

Cathy was such a great host! She is very responsive and the instructions for her place were clear. It shows how she cares for the guests' satisfaction. She allowed us to do early check-in so we didn't have to stay out that long. The place was exactly how the pictures looked like in the app/website. Bedsheets✔️ Towels ✔️ no bugs✔️Ac and water pressure✔️wifi for foreigners✔️ To be fair, they didn't provide the room slippers so if you are icky about carpets, bring your own. The elevator may take time depending on the time of the day. Nonetheless, the stay was great. I highly recommend. We used to stay with Seda multiple times in the past but I can confidently say it is comparable with how clean and convenient it is. Plus her place is on the corner so it was extremely quiet at night with no outside noise coming in from the neighbors. :) Will book again!

We generally had a pleasant 2-day stay. The place is a compact space, similar to a typical apartment, and is ideal for an overnight stay. Its location is convenient and easily accessible by tricycle. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, with clear instructions provided in advance. The host was proactive and responsive. When we pointed out some missing items based on the listing photos, they promptly provided a speaker and additional toiletries. We also shared a concern about the TV sound, which was a bit muffled, but this was immediately resolved when they offered a speaker. We appreciate their effort to address our concerns, though we recommend updating the listing to reflect what’s currently available, as this can influence guests’ booking decisions. The host also offered us the option to cancel the booking if expectations weren’t met. However, we didn’t ask for this and simply wanted to rest after a long trip, so it felt a bit unnecessary. We enjoyed our stay, the place is worth the price. It is relaxing and complete with all the things needed for our stay. Aside from that the host set clear instructions before and during the stay and responsive on our quiries.

Overall was satisfied with our stay. There could be improvements to be made like the spoilt balcony door lock. The place was accessible to everything you need and it's easy to book a grab since I prefer to leave my car. The free parking was an added bonus. I will definitely come back. Thank you.

Ben’s place was such a great find—clean, cozy, and great value for the price. Communication was smooth from the start. Kathleen shared the check-in details clearly, and when I asked if I could drop off my bags early, they kindly offered to let me leave them with the cleaning staff around noon. On the day of my stay, Ben even messaged to say I could check in early at no extra cost—which was a huge help since I had an appointment in Makati and was worried where I could leave my backpack. The unit was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the linens and towels smelled fresh. The kitchen had all the basics if you wanted to cook. It honestly felt like a mini boutique stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Makati.

Decent place. I would give more than 5 stars.

5 star place near UP Diliman. We stayed for 5 days here. The condo is near to Ever Gotesco Mall so buying supplies are not a problem. Miss Jocelyn is very responsive, from booking to checking out, a hassle-free host indeed. And the deal breaker for me, FREE PARKING SPACE. Other hosts offer parking spaces for a price, which is quite expensive. The amenities are good, we managed to use the pool. But you need to book it early at the clubhouse as they limit the number of user to prevent overcrowding, which is nice cause we enjoyed our own space at the pool. The unit looks exactly at what you see on the photos. Clean, complete, cozy. Appliances are not a problem, we managed to cook our meals for 5 days without problems. A nice experience indeed!
