You can enjoy the use of 2 kayaks, 4 tubes and 1 stand up paddle board provided free for guests. Summer meals on the deck are the best! The raft in front of the cottage will be a favorite amenity. 1 window AC in living area and portable fans in every room. You will want to return every year!

Summertime: Golf, boat, fish, kayak, paddle board, water ski & tube during the day. Fire pit for relaxing at night. Beach House Restaurant (summer only) across the lake with sunset views. There is no lake access at the cottage, private dock is available at our home a few doors down. Wintertime: 4 miles to ski & snowboard Boyne Mtn, Avalanche indoor waterpark too! 9.6 miles to Jordan Valley snowmobile parking. Sandy Bottom Cottage

Great little cottage on Intermediate Lake located between Bellaire and Central Lake, is the perfect getaway for a family. It has all you need to enjoy a great week on the lake. Beautiful Sandy Bottom. There is a huge dock that can accommodate 2 boats if you have visitors from across the lake. A fire pit near the shore for evening gatherings with a glass of wine and smores. RULE: If not a family with children, all guests must be 25 and older. No pets allowed.

This historic cottage across the street from Lake Charlevoix was once a hardware store now turned into a cottage. Located within the small snowmobile friendly town of East Jordan. Boyne Mountain is nearby for skiing. Snowmobile/cc ski right from the cottage. Ice fish Lake Charlevoix or shop downtown. Coffee shop and restaurants are walkable. This is a renovated property with a colorful fun unique cottage feel. We hope you enjoy this house as much as we do :)
