Conveniently located five minutes from Escanaba, you can relax in the hot tub, enjoy the fire pit, soak in the views of lake from the fenced in yard, or walk down to the lake with chairs and a fire pit waterside. The cottage is located with shared parking next door to a restaurant that we also own; the best wood fired pizza around! Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.
