The house is 2 stories only and located at a hill overlooking the bay of İzmir. The ground of the house is rocky and considered one of the safe areas for earthquake.The Building has a spacious garden. There is also a common big terrace with great sea view. The house is just 5 minutes walk to the seaside, Konak Square, Clock Tower and the historical Kemeralti Bazaar. There are buses every 3 minutes to and from Konak Square from which you reach all public transportation like metro, bus, and ferry.

Tarih Asansör (monument buikding) is just 2 min. In front of our house. Easy to find- every taxi driver knows this spot. The Tram(city rail public transtport) coast and bus stops are 5 min. To walk. And transportation takes 2 minutes by bus passing the door.

Apartment is at the middle of the various kind of restaurants, pubs and cafes.

Our building has elevator so you don't need to climb any stairs with your heavy luggages. Our parking place is not ok for vans. we can't allow bigger than SUV
