Ko an Yuko’s place is beautiful. It’s a 3 floor standalone house in an awesome location. You can reach anywhere in Tokyo within a 10 minute walk to the station. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and quiet and it’s hard to believe that within a 2-5-10 minute walk how many great restaurants there are. The famous shibuya scramble is also around a 10 minute walk. The home itself is beautiful full of amenities that you could need in a bnb. Kitchen, bathroom, rooms all are well equipped and easy to use. The best part ofcourse are the hosts they personally greeted us and spent a long time explaining everything about the home and the neighborhood. They are really nice people and they care a lot. Ko and Yuko are very thoughtful, warm and friendly people. It was lovely to have made such nice friends.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. She dressed us in beautiful kimonos, carefully helping us put them on the correct way. Drinking matcha that was pure and fresh—words fail me. It was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. Chika’s place is so nice and clean, it’s the best little cute house ever, cozy warm and full of love. We enjoyed all the little details of this house! It locates at a very quiet little street, surrounded by a lovely neighborhood walking distance to MTR and convenient stores. My family really had great time here, my kids loved it so much! Definitely feeling like my home@Tokyo, and lastly I am very appreciated for gift and the hand-written warm greeting from Chika!

Five of us used it, and we had a very comfortable stay. It was close to the station and very easy to use.

Sawada's home was very lovely and located in a quite peaceful town, that is a bit far from tokyo city. He was very nice and welcomed us to the home and gave us a tour. The stay has all the essentials needed and its a great space.

Great quiet location with lots of delicious resturants. Good, cosy apartment. Train line is a bit tricky to get into Tokyo but apart from that great! Close to Shinjuku.

Very cozy and unique space. If you’re a fan of creative architecture and don’t mind staying a little way outside the city this is a gem.

We had a fantastic stay at Tomo’s house! The apartment is clean and comfortable and it was great for our young children. The area is lovely - there is a playground close by, it is very close to the subway station and there are lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Tomo gave very clear instructions for how to get to and access the apartment and everything inside and we felt very welcome. Arigato gozaimasu, Tomo - we would happily stay again!

This is a small space that large-framed people may struggle with. Fortunately we are small-framed. Jung's place is very well equipped, clean and very practical. We really enjoyed the area, it's peaceful and relaxed and good transport connections. 20 mins walk to Harajuku and Yoyogi. Jung is a very friendly and responsive host and I highly recommend this as a place to stay on a budget in Tokyo.

The apartment is very spacious and clean! There is lots of closet space and places to lay out luggage without ever feeling cramped. The view from the bedroom window is spectacular at night, just a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower. The appliances worked great especially the on-demand water heater, the super auto heat function on the microwave and the Dyson hair dryer! The shower room heater/room dryer dried our clothes and the room super fast. Walkable to a convenient store, grocery store, and good restaurants. The neighborhood is truly silent at night yet convenient to multiple train lines. Excellent stay❣️

Nobu's place is in a beautiful location in Shibuya, a short walk to excellent cafes, wine bars and a small supermarket. Also an easy walk to heart of Shibuya and transport links to other areas of Tokyo. The apartment is spotless, really comfortable with natural light and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Mira San was very helpful, responsive and even proactively suggested places of interest and restaurants which were so helpful. She is an amazingly kind and thoughtful host. I was travelling alone with my son and felt very grateful for her support and understanding. The location of her apartment is so convenient with many amenities that makes it easy to get around. I am so glad I stayed here during my trip. Thank you Mira San 🫶❤️

Great stay! Super cosy and cute to finish off our trip in Japan. Loved the balcony, doesn’t seem that many places in Japan have one or at least one big enough to sit on comfortably. This one was the perfect size. Also great walking distance to a train station and walking distance to the main strip itself.

Perfect stay! Extremely close to Oedo line. Walkable distance to Shinjuku. Clean, spacious, safe. Jun was also very kind and responsive. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️

We had a great stay in Shinjuku. The apartment is in a great location, lots of places walkable. The room is small but has everything you need and is clean and comfortable. A great base to explore Shinjuku and Shibuya. It is surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to the busy areas.

Loved the place! Complete with everything; a big screen TV, washing mashine, nice toilet, big fridge. Everything is just nice and spacious, especially for a room in tokyo. Super close to Meguro station - only about 200m, which has the Yamanote Line. Would love to come back here again soon 🫰🏻

First of all, I should mention that: The room is very spacious compared to other accommodations in Japan. You can choose this place just for this reason. The entrance instructions were understandable. We were able to find the apartment very easily. It is designed simply and stylishly. The whole room was spotless. Very close to Shinjuku and 5 minutes from the Yamonete line. I definitely recommend it to all future guests.
