Brand new and well cared for apartment! I would like to highly praise the care taken with our stay: new and clean bed linens, everything perfect and brand new. I was delighted with Jessica's care for every detail of the apartment and how it reflected on our stay!

The location is very good, it had everything we needed nearby. I liked that there were towels and bedding available, I found it very thoughtful. It also had two beach chairs and a small umbrella. There's just a shower stall missing in the bathroom, to avoid getting everything wet.

We were very well received by Maria and the staff of the building that helped carry the luggage. The ap was clean and has a side view to the beach of the living room and the bedrooms. It has a good size bathroom in the hallway and a small one in the service area. The service area is difficult to hang the clothes, but it has a washer that helps a lot. The well-equipped kitchen and has all necessary utensils. The owner left some coffee capsules to make and has a water filter in the kitchen. This is great ! The rooms with comfortable beds, only the double one is small for a man of 1.80. Sala has 4 reclining leather seats and a large TV with access to all platforms. Fast Internet. The view is beautiful! Roseni responds quickly to messages and was flexible with checkout.

The place is very nice, close to the beach. The building's staff are attentive. We found the super clean apartment, the smelling bed linen and we still found a treat. We did not have a problem with communication. Beth is super attentive and responds fast.

We rented the house to go to the next wedding and we went in 10 people, the house is very big, the space held everyone, the space was clean, organized, in the kitchen it had all the utensils, from large pans to shapes, mixer, blender, we don't need to take anything from home, very complete. The well-distributed rooms, all being suites, very quiet check in, the stay was very quiet and as everyone commented on the trip, a house that tastes like to rent, sure if we went to Guarujá again is where we will stay. we thank the hosts for responding quickly as I sent msg before leaving the house asking if I had large pot to make food for 10 people and he responded immediately, helping that part. the village were kind to leave toilet papers in the bathrooms, in the kitchen tbm had napkin, toothpick, things that in other non-existent stays, the house has an excellent security, swimming pool and barbecue was clean Anyway they can rent without fear

Our city without words, this is the third time I have been to the house at Marcos and once again I was very pleased with all the care and attention that I received not only from Marcos, but also from Thiago and his mother. Without a doubt, I recommend this space to everyone, who is not going to regret it. Complete house, with everything you need. The space is very organized and has all the necessary items for a great stay! My husband, my pet and I loved the place, we had a barbecue and made good use of the beach, which is very close. I hope to return to space soon.

The whole stay was amazing. Léo always quick to answer our questions, check-in and super quiet checkout. The house is great, it has a great structure and super complete, we don't miss anything. Near the market, bakery and beautiful and quiet beaches (thing of 7 minutes walking very quietly).

The place is amazing! The house is literally on the sea, next to a beautiful and calm beach. A hidden paradise, indeed! The house is charming, all decorated with a naval theme, and contains all the practicalities advertised. The recommendation of backpacks and/or light handbags, due to the stairs to the beach/house, should be taken seriously - but little by little you can take more things -. Filippe responded quickly and was super helpful! I recommend it to everyone!
