Holiday rentals with a balcony in Apennine Mountains

The apartment was perfect. It was nicely furnished, clean, and stocked with everything you need. It was also very roomy. Our family of 4 was very comfortable. We especially loved the balconies. Alberto was very helpful and accommodating. It was convenient to be able to walk to Vatican. We would definitely stay there again.

Staying at Baggio’s place was an absolute delight! From the moment we booked, Eddy was incredibly attentive and communicative, making sure our stay was seamless. The Airbnb itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location was unbeatable—close to all the sights while still offering a peaceful retreat. Superb location, also very quiet - really loved staying here. Price is high, but seems in line with the rest of Rome which is an expensive tourist designation. Colosseum, Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain all in walking distance.

We stayed here for a few nights and had a fantastic time! The views were amazing, and the place was very spacious and clean. Lapo was fantastic - really helpful, even picking us up and dropping us back off at the bus stop. We'd highly recommend!

Rosy is a 6-star host! She is incredibly friendly and communicates clearly and thoroughly. One of the best in my experience. Casa Colonna was 100% lovely and perfect for our stay. The beds and baths were great, the AC was cold, and the view from the balcony is underrated — clear views of the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio, as well as the hills. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Duomo, which is the epicenter of Florence. There are not too many eateries immediately by the place, but within 5 minutes you’re near a ton. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

I recently enjoyed an unforgettable stay at an Airbnb in the heart of Rome, and it was simply exceptional! Wir waren eine Woche in der Wohnung von Stefano und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Er war ein guter Gastgeber, hat prompt geantwortet. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Sie liegt sehr zentral. Wir konnten viel zu Fuss unternehmen, sonst waren der Funicolare und die Metro auch nicht weit. Erwähnen möchte ich, dass die zentrale Lage an der Via Toledo einen höheren Lärmpegel bei geöffneten Fenstern und auf dem Balkon bedeutet. Das Schlafzimmer liegt nach hinten und grundsätzlich haben wir gut geschlafen.

My friends and I had the most amazing stay, thanks to our incredible host! From the moment we arrived, he was extremely sweet and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He set up rides for us and was always quick to respond to any questions we had, making communication a breeze. The Airbnb itself was absolutely stunning — the pictures truly don’t do it justice. It’s like something out of a dream! Every corner of the space had a special charm that made our stay feel magical and unforgettable. One of the highlights of our trip was the morning we were checking out. Our host stopped by and made us all delicious cappuccinos, and we sat together in the kitchen chatting like old friends. It was such a warm and personal touch that really made our stay memorable. The hospitality and the beautiful atmosphere were truly unmatched, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Casa Ventura was a wonderful place! If you are visiting Florence and want to be close to the city center, but in a lush upscale neighborhood, walking distance to all Florence has to offer, book this gem! It was so tasteful, and well appointed. Every detail was thought of and made our stay very comfortable. This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is a short walk to the Mercato Centrale of Florence and the Duomo as well. Lots of great restaurants close by. We love to walk So this was great for us. La casa è bellissima, corrisponde alle foto pubblicate, ma dal vivo e’ ancora più bella. L’abbiamo trovata pulitissima, e davvero super accessoriata, dal robot aspirabriciole a tutti gli utensili possibili per la cucina, tantissimi piatti, tazze, bicchieri, coltelli di ogni tipo, c’è perfino il capouccinatore. L’idromassaggio e’ meraviglioso. La posizione e’ davvero ottima per raggiungere in pochissimo tempo tutte le spiagge dell’isola. A 5’ di auto ci sono tanti supermercati molto forniti. Thomas dell’agenzia immobiliare è gentilissimo e davvero disponibile, e la proprietaria altrettanto. Davvero un soggiorno 5 stelle! Davvero un soggiorno

A szálláshely Zatonban modern, igényesen berendezett és rendezett volt, igazán kellemes környezetben. Bár az üdülőközponttól kissé távolabb, mintegy 1,5 km-re helyezkedik el, ez számunkra nem jelentett problémát – a nyugodt környezet kárpótolt érte. Hat fő részére kifejezetten tágas és kényelmes elhelyezést biztosított. A felszereltség tekintetében ugyan lenne még némi fejlődési lehetőség – például alapvető tisztítószerek vagy néhány konyhai alapkellék hasznos lett volna –, de összességében nagyon elégedettek voltunk. A kommunikáció gyors, gördülékeny és segítőkész volt. Szívesen ajánljuk másoknak is!

This place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed at. The place was everything and way way more. The housekeeper was fantastic and she would come everyday to stock up coffee, make the beds and just daily cleaning. Antonino was amazing with responding if we had any questions. We are already are planning our next trip to stay here.

We loved staying here! The setting is breathtaking and the place is beautiful. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful! Waking up to the view of the vineyards was very special! We were comfortable and relaxed in this spacious accommodation.

Martina was so kind and helpful, she even gave us a brief tour of the apartment upon check in. She ensured we knew where everything was located and she has a binder of any information needed. We enjoyed the seating area in front for breakfast and coffee. We loved how close the apartment is from the train station so we could walk to and from to save us time and some money. The location is very walkable to many restaurants, shops and sights. We loved that there is a grocery store near by and also a "sight seeing bus" stop around the corner. We found the bedding comfortable and the apartment felt safe. Everything is very nice and ready for guests who may decide to have a meal in vs going out too.

Here’s review: We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Rome. The apartment was located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a lovely escape from the busy city center. It was walking distance to all of the major tourist sights like trevi fountain and pantheon. It was about a 20/30 min taxi to Vatican. The space had everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always quick to respond and ready with great recommendations. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at Federico's place. Federico was responsive and very helpful, and very friendly in all interactions. His apartment was comfortable, clean, bright and had everything we needed. It is located in a bustling area close to everything but inside it is very quiet and can be made very dark with blockout shutters which was ideal for us with our baby. We would definitely stay here again!

Carlotta's property is simply gorgeous... super clean, lots of light, decorated to a high standard, close to San Pietro station... for this with lots of luggage or less able to walk, worth being aware that the walk from San Pietro to the apartment is fairy steep in places. Other than that, check-in was super easy, Carlotta offered us loads of recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the local area and across Rome. The apartment itself was exactly as it appears in photos... an absolutely gorgeous space, earning an easy 5-stars all round from us. I'd definitely stay here again if we came back to Rome.

Sie liegt in einem Stadtteil, in dem vornehmlich Einheimische wohnen, Napoli pur. Busse und U-Bahn in 5-10 min erreichbar. Angela und Alessandro empfingen uns außerordentlich herzlich und haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthaltes mit hilfreichen Tipps versorgt. Roberta’s apartment was excellent in every way. To start, she was the perfect host - communicative and helpful from the time we booked through check out. The space was even better than the photos. It was quiet, extremely clean, and had so many lovely touches. The location was convenient to the Colosseum, a taxi stand, and a 24 hour market right across the street. All in all, a great stay and we hope to be back.

Нам очень понравилось в этих апартаментах. Было удобно добираться в центр, был доступ к автобусах и метро. Квартира была чистая и ухоженная, с милым интерьером. Мы были там вдвоем и было очень просторно. Хозяин квартиры был всегда с нами на связи и отвечал в течении пару минут. Так же, при въезде нас встретила милая девушка которая нам объяснила о Риме и квартире. По моему мнению квартира идентична тому что на фото!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen und die Unterkunft wurde gezeigt . Die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und ist wirklich schön! Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock, was aber aufgrund des Aufzugs kein Problem ist. In der Nähe befindet sich eine Straße mit leckeren Restaurants und Bars und das Zentrum ist zu Fuß oder mittels Bahn und Bus erreichbar.
