The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

RA HOUSE is a modern, wooden house located in an open area surrounded by forest. There is an entrance to the beautiful magical forest right near the house. The property is located outside the populated area, 0.5 km from the main road leading to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house was built in summer/autumn 2022. The surrounding of RA HOUSE is full of natural beauty, picnic spots, interesting destinations for rest and entertainment. It is situated only 20 km away from National Park.

La Casetta di Bologna is a small corner of tranquility in the city. A few steps from the historic center, reachable with a pleasant walk under the historic arcades of Bologna, a Unesco heritage site. Independent entrance and lovely private garden where you can relax, read a book, have breakfast or dinner outdoors. Private parking spot, Max L car 4.86 meters. The Exhibition Center can be reached in 10 minutes. Wifi internet, LCD TV, air conditioning. The bus stop is a short walk away.

The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.
