Due to the convenient location between Munich and the Alps, a wide variety of leisure activities are possible. Swimming lake with restaurant is 1.5 km away. The vacation home with garden is completely available to you alone.

Vor Ort gibt es einen kleinen Badesee mit griechischem Restaurant. Circa7km entfernt kann man ein Warmfreibad besuchen. Der Ammersee ist in 15, der Starnberger See und der Staffelsee in 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Der knapp 2000 Einwohner zählende Ort verfügt über einen großen Supermarkt, eine Apotheke, und zwei Banken.

(35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

In the modern shower room, you can leave the day behind and in the bedroom with mains release, a high-quality "Tempur" box spring bed awaits you for a good night's sleep without electrosmog. Another room with a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed is optionally available for 3 or more people. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets welcome on request.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Country-Style Apartment at the Romantic Road

Your completely renovated country-style apartment is ideal for couples, solo adventurers and cyclists. It has a separate entrance, kitchenette, bathroom and sleeping area with double bed. Our house is located directly on the Romantic Road in Reichling in the beautiful Lechrain, about 15 minutes from Landsberg am Lech or Lake Ammersee. Munich or the Alps can be reached in about an hour. In the annex is the local bakery.

Waldhütte - Tiny House

Our “Waldhütte” in the Five Lakes Region/Pfaffenwinkel is perfect for peace and nature – with great access to castles, lakes, mountains, and Munich. Secluded, 200 m from the main house, it offers pure retreat: panoramic views of meadow and forest, a terrace for dining, yoga, or knitting, stargazing from the loft. Inside, a wood stove and infrared heating keep things cozy while foxes and deer pass by outside.

The Pearl - Green, new, fancy!

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
