Monthly Rentals in Apple Valley

The six of us stayed at Elevation 40 and loved it! We were initially wondering why the host kept emphasizing that a 4x4 was absolutely necessary. The road itself is in great condition, but near the house there are a few sharp turns that are incredibly steep. It’s impossible to get up there with front- or rear-wheel drive. Our Ford Expedition Max showed an incline of 19 degrees! Definitely not for the faint of heart ;-) Unbelievable views, an excellent and responsive host. We absolutely loved this unforgettable stay at Elevation 40.

Loved the place, comfortable beds and a great place to relax after a beautiful day out hiking. Love the rooftop patio and watching the sunset!

A home away from home while in Utah! 30-40 mins away from Zion. Great location and WiFi connectivity. Felt so welcomed by the owners - gave me so many recommendations!

We were in an accident the very first day there. He drove us to St George to pick up another vehicle. Uber and Lift would not go that far. He told us of an excellent Mexican restaurant to go to, and shared his knowledge of the area.The cooler and w/d were great to not take home dirty clothes. Kitchen and bathrooms were super and He was very responsive to any questions. We would go back again!!
