I lived for a few weeks in this little haven of peace and I only have one thing to say: it feels great in this apartment! Is it the decor? Wood, stones, books? I don't know. Anyway, I recommend it+++ In addition, it is a 5-minute walk from the center: small restaurants, terraces, shopping ...without the inconveniences of the city because it is very quiet. A few minutes away too, beautiful walks on the banks of the Yonne. Rich heritage in this department.

The accommodation is impeccable, clean and with full equipment (appliances, outdoor furniture, plancha, etc.) very appreciable. The outside is a plus for the children. Note that this is a townhouse. To be recommended without reservation.
