La Clarissière is a magical estate set in 1.5 hectares of private parkland in the picturesque village of Apremont in the Vendée region of France. Surrounded by peaceful French countryside and only 20 minutes from the ocean, the logis is currently undergoing a large restoration project and as such the 3 houses for rental are released upon completion. The first release is La Maison Basse (ready for rental from July 2023), independent house (50m2) with one bedroom that can sleep 2 (+1 baby).

Présence d'animaux sur place (chat, chien, poules, etc...) Les chiens sont autorisés si sociabilisés et de petite taille.

Private entrance, in house located on the heights of Apremont in Vendée with views of its 16th century Château. 5 min walk to the village (restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy etc.) and the lake with its beach, games for children, hiking..... Coming from the village, take the D 107, first house on the right with a palm tree and a fir tree on the lawn. If you see the end of the village sign, you've gone too far!
