(Violations will result in a 1-night stay cleaning fee). 🛋️ Damage & Stains: Guests will be held financially responsible for any permanent stains/discoloration on bedding, or severe damage/loss of property and amenities. Please handle everything with care. 🐛 Insects & Pests: The property is professionally pest-controlled regularly. However, due to the natural surroundings, some insects may occasionally enter. Please note that refunds cannot be issued for this reason. ⚠️ Safety Liability: Guests are fully responsible for any accidents caused by personal negligence or lack of caution. Please be mindful of your safety. 👯‍♂️ No Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. An extra charge of 30,000 KRW per person, per night applies for any guests exceeding the standard capacity. Strict Occupancy Limit: To ensure a comfortable environment, check-in will be denied if the number of guests exceeds the maximum limit of 6. No Outside Visitors: For safety and privacy, outside visitors who are not included in the official reservation are strictly prohibited from entering the property. Minors: Minors (under the age of legal majority) are not allowed to stay without a legal guardian or parent accompanying them.
