Holiday rentals with a patio in Arabian Ranches

We stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. Hamza was such a great host, so helpful and responsive. The apartment has everything you need, lovely aesthetic inside, it looks exactly like the photos described. Hopefully we will be back in the future!

The apartment is in an excellent location right in Business Bay with a view of Burj Khalifa and only about a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall. The place was very clean, and overall well-prepared. Most essentials were provided, including water, tissues, towels, dental kits, and fast Wi-Fi. The decor is stylish and gives the apartment a premium feel. However, a couple of things could be improved: the sofa wasn’t very comfortable, and the mattress could be better. Also, a pair of slippers would have been nice to have, as it was the only missing amenity. Still, it’s a solid stay, especially if you’re looking for a well-located and beautifully designed apartment in central Dubai.

I would like to thank Sadath very much for everything. Even though we arrived early, he insisted on preparing the apartment quickly. This is due to his kindness and professionalism. The apartment is wonderful, it even looks better than the pictures. We spent a relaxing week there. Of course, its location is one of the best in Downtown Dubai.

My experience at Kiran's place was absolutely fantastic From the moment I checked in, everything was seamless and well-organized. Kiran's communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful, making me feel welcomed even before arriving. The apartment was exactly as described—luxurious, modern, and impeccably clean. The breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa from the private balcony were truly unforgettable. The space was thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities I could need, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds. The location was unbeatable, offering direct access to Dubai Mall via an indoor walkway, which made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The building amenities, like the infinity pool and gym, added an extra layer of luxury to the experience. Overall, Kiran's place exceeded my expectations and was worth every dirhams. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Downtown Dubai

It was a great place to chill and relax. host was extremely good and welcoming. About the apartment it was very clean spacious and beautifuly maintained. host was very helpful with everything and I got response from his team in minutes. recommending everyone for a beautiful home away from home.

One of the greatest getaways I’ve ever been to! Very clean, friendly and helpful owner, easy to reach, close to all the important attractions in Dubai. Amazing modern interiors, all amenities are available and working. View directly to the Burj Khalifa. Will definitely go back to this place 👏 highly recommended

Stayed here for 1 month, absolutely loved it! Especially love how the apartment came equipped with kitchen and bathroom utensils, no need to buy extra bits! Only issue was the AC was leaking on to the hob but I’m sure they will have this fixed by the next persons stay! Really aesthetic and quiet space. Perfect for 1/2 people. Would 100% stay again! Communication was 10/10 as well.

Enjoyed Nihal's place. Was very proactive in helping us with local restaurants, supplies, must do things and so on. Property was also as advertised and is located in a paceful area nearby metro. Would definitely recommend to other travellers.

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. We were extremely delighted with our stay. Pauls place was extremely well stocked with all you could ever need and then some! Paul made us feel at home with each conversation. He was very accommodative of our requests, kind and went out of his way to help us secure a crib last minute. The villa is immaculate, very tastefully decorated with high quality accessories / things needed for your stay. The garden is beautiful and well maintained and has great shade for sitting along with a beautiful sounding water fountain. Rooms are big and stocked with towels and linen! Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well lit and a delight to cook in. Lots of restaurants nearby for home delivery.

Wikki was a great host and the apartment was much more than I hoped it would be. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine and the huge TV with Airplay. I had coffee at dawn each day on the patio. With the small supermarket downstairs stocking everything I needed, I cooked every day for the entire week. The building is new and impeccably well maintained. The pool and outdoor space are lovely, and the gym is nicely equipped and never crowded. Would love to stay here again.

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Very good person and place

Had a lovely stay at Yasirs place everything just like the photos. Communication was good and he allowed me an early check in. Only suggestion is some mugs would be nice for tea and coffee, and some larger glasses and wine glasses, apart from that perfect. Thank you Yasir

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!
