Hassan was a wonderful host, very friendly, supportive and always quick to respond. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for me, with shops nearby and just 15-20 mins away from Dubai's main attractions. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.

Great place to stay, there are all the amenities listed in the description. I enjoyed coffee and tea on the balcony with a luxurious view. Also Jumeirah beach is only 7-10 min on foot. A large area around the hotel and had all the amenities at hand. It was also only a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro. Overall, I was completely satisfied with everything!

Laurie was a lovely host. She sent detailed instructions on how to get into the flat, the amenities in the building, instructions for devices in the house. it was very thorough. The flat itself is quite spacious amd is in a very good location in Business Bay. The balcony in the living room overlooks a horse training course and one of the windows in the bedrpom has partial views of the canal. All in all, a great experience.

Beautiful and excellent location for those who want going to the beach. Right in front, with umbrellas, towels, beach chairs, etc. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and with everything you may need. The view from the balcony is so beautiful and relaxing. We will be back with no doubt!!

Feriel place was amazing in walking distance of so many locations and attractions , he was attentive and responsive to any questions I’ve asked . In side the property had hi many things to keep you occupied and the kitchen. Was well equipped one of my favorite parts . I would book again a super plus on the views of the beqcg and Marina !

This was a perfect getaway for our week in Motor City, Dubai. Daniel was an amazing host, super clear instructions, and immediate response whenever we had questions. We were positively surprised by amazing food and restaurants in the area. Apartment was spacious set in a beautiful neighbourhood, short walk to the pool and gym, and was such a delight. We would recommend it to anyone and would happily come back.

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

Excellent stay in the apartment. Bannia was there for everything I needed and responded very quickly. The apartment has everything necessary for a normal stay. If you are from Europe and need a phone charger with G plug, that is also solved and the apartment has it. Clean and tidy apartment. All recommendations.

Had a fantastic stay at the Paramount Hotel with stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. The building offers top notch amenities including a pool, gym, and even a spa all accessible to guests. It’s just a 6-minute drive to Burj Khalifa, and the overall vibe feels like a luxury hotel. Highly recommended! Plus, Metro is nearby. Definitely booking this again soon.

In one word: “A true home away from home” I stayed at Leileen’s apartment for 2 weeks on a business trip, and all was perfect. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the apartment very cozy and spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen fully equipped. Leileen is an outstanding host, always quick to respond! I highly recommend and I will definitely come back during my next trip!
