This calming home is designed specifically for two people to enjoy a sense of seclusion in a private and inspiring landscape of olive trees whilst being close to surrounding villages and amenities. For guests who are feeling energetic, the pool has a powerful jet that creates a strong current to swim against. The pool can be heated upon request. There is a separate office connected to the house which can be used for remote working or as a peaceful yoga studio.

Minimalist Sanctuary with Valley and Sea View

Exactly like Le Corbusier's vision, this cabin is adapted in a scale of "Mediterranean balance", designed on the basis of the minimum possible dimensions and the maximum physical and spiritual comfort it could offer. The philosophy behind this project is to find yourself in a contemporary sanctuary, hidden from the world but close enough to all the beaches in the area, sit in the hot midday sun on the terrace in its quietness or maybe during the sunset, enjoying a glass of wine and a nice book.

KUMKA seafront suite

Η συγκεκριμένη μικρή σουίτα πλήρης ανακαινισμένη, βρίσκεται στον τρίτο όροφο ενός τριώροφου κτηρίου το οποίο απαρτίζεται από συνολικά τρείς σουίτες , μια στον κάθε όροφο. Το κτήριο βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης με πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό ,ανεμπόδιστη θέα στην θάλασσα την οποία μπορείτε να απολαύσετε είτε από το άνετο μπαλκόνι μας είτε χαλαρώνοντας μέσα στο άνετο εξωτερικό τζακούζι . Το studio διαθέτει κρεβάτι διάστασης 160x200 Serta και μαξιλάρια αφρού μνήμης .

Petres

On a mountain plateau extending between Lefka Ori and the South Cretan Sea one finds the small beautiful village of Agios Ioannis considered to be one of the most isolated villages in Crete with a year-round population. Agios Ioannis is where the road ends and a network of foot paths is starting. Short and long paths lead to the mountain, to the gorges, to the sea. The sea that is also reachable by car! Petres, the greek for "stones", an old "feel like the villagers" house rebuilt in 2023.

Omalos Gianni's House

The house is six km from the entrance of Samaria Gorge, with panoramic view of the Omalu plateau and the White Mountains. The house can accommodate up to six (6) guests. The area of the house is 65sq.m. on 2.5 acres of plot. The location is ideal for hiking, biking and other nature activities. Within walking distance, except the Samaria Gorge, is the gorge of Agia Irini, the mountaineering retreat of Kallergi, the Botanical Park and the E4 path.

Traditional stone house

Renovated- traditional 100 year old stone house, which reminds of a refuge. Settled in a small village, Zourva, at an altitude of 650 m. in the heart of the mountains with a cypress forest and beautiful walking paths. Two taverns in the village. Moreover, the area is ideal for those who love trekking, caving or canyoning in the incredibly beautiful and wild White Mountains.
