Wine Tasting and Tapas Tour
This cultural and culinary experience in Zaragoza is all about the influenced by its northern and eastern Mediterranean neighbors. The gastronomy of Zaragoza also has abundant orchards in the Ebro basin, so its excellent fruits and vegetables are present in many of its dishes. We will taste 4 wines from the 4 denominations of origin of Aragon marinated with 4 local tapas and we will discover its love of its people for its gastronomy, especially of its wines We will explore one of my favorite parts of Zaragoza, we will walk through its ancient streets to discover in them the heritage that Roman, Muslim, Jewish and Christian bequeathed us. In each place we will taste a wine of the four denominations of origin of Aragon, which are Cariñena, Campo de Borja, Calatayud and Somontano, accompanied by local products, from its best vegetables, to its best cheeses and Teruel hams. We will understand the importation of winemaking in the region.

As we visit some of the sights around town, we will also pop into some gourmet shops selling artisanal meats, cheeses and olive oils. And when we have finally developed an appetite, we will visit my four favorite tapas bars to try Zaragoza-style tapas with local wines.
A birding tour around Aragón
I propose a straw itinerary through several corners of the Mediterranean Pyrenees to cover as many species of birds as possible. So, we will leave from Zaragoza or Huesca (if you do not have a vehicle, we talk) and we will tour the Gállego river basin in search of grrantahuesos, alimoches, climbing - according to the time of the year - leon vultures.. We will continue to make stops at different points to see water birds linked to lakes, mountain rivers.. And we will continue until we reach the boreal forests, the subalpine meadows and the cliffs of the Pyrenees, already on the border with France. It is, in short, a slow route full of short walks or viewing points where we will not only see birds, but the habitat that supports them and as this changes with altitude and altitude, precipitation.

Ordesa National Park Flora & Wildlife
We will follow a path that goes into the beech forest with firs, pines, maples and at some point, in willows with their particular smell of aspirin. A little further up we will start to see the first waterfalls, until we reach some viewpoints (1:15 hours; depending on the number of birds, trees, flowers or mushrooms we see) From here.. I'll see you and as you go, I ask you, I propose.. I'm not in a hurry and my goal is for you to see as many things as possible. Until you get tired If the itinerary is hard, we can come back and start descending between the most spectacular waterfalls of this National Park and return through an even more charming forest. Do we eat at the foot of Monte Perdido? 45' more -from the first waterfalls- until we reach the base of the Cascades of the Soaso Gradas and finally 20' until they begin to fall and we will be at the foot of Monte Perdido.
Pyrenees Lakes & Waterfalls Hike
From the Panticosa Bath, in the heart of the Pyrenees, we follow a path that traces several ties between a forest of maples and wild and black pines to the first canchales and meadows and a small vague where the forest springs again over streams and springs (30') From here, the path disappears and is replaced by landmarks of stones climbing up the granite until you reach another canchal and a small hill, already in view of the first lake of the Lumiachas (1 hour; if not, because we will constantly stop to take photos, identify plants...) We return on another road next to the waterfalls that form the Caldarés River (1:30 hours) to the Casa de Piedra refuge. After eating, we go over what we found and take a walk to the hot spring hot spring, light smell of rotten eggs and the lake. Open to customize itineraries: unknown lakes, uncrowded routes, a "three thousand".
