The house has an approx. 500m² green area, living room, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower stall, 2 kitchens, one of which is an open concept with a barbecue and sink. The house's private outdoor area features a huge lawn, swimming pool, lake, lakeside deck and garage. Great location! 5-minute walk to the village beach, 7 minutes to downtown Saquarema and 9 minutes to the bus station. Bathtub not included. We do not offer bedding.

My coziness

Large house with swimming pool, gourmet area, 600 meters from Lagoa de Araruama. 3 km from the Bus Station. Great for relaxing and enjoying with family. There are 3 bedrooms, one is a suite, two have air-conditioning, a large living room, with a balcony surrounded by Blindex, a foosball table for the enjoyment of children and adults. In addition to the barbecue, oven and wood stove, and a beautiful garden around the house. There are two houses, one downstairs and one upstairs. The houses are independent.

The exterior of the residence features a yellow façade with white pillars and a tiled roof. A well-kept lawn is accented by neatly arranged stones leading to the entrance. Decorative potted plants and palm trees enhance the outdoor space, while a terracotta pot with a chain adds a unique touch.

The residence is located in the Lagoa Azul Condominium, very close to the center of Praia Seca and just 5 minutes from the Sea and the Lagoon (a national kitesurfing reference). The city has restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, as well as a 24-hour cashier and gas station, being cut by the Praia Seca Highway, where you can easily access the cities of Arraial do Cabo and Cabo Frio and also the cities of Araruama and Saquarema. The condominium is gated, for private use, with a 24-hour concierge and security.
