The stay at Arthur's house was simply FORMIDABLE. For the second time we chose this paradise to be with our family. Excellent. Another unforgettable weekend here in this house. We feel like we're in Greece while in Brazil!!! Everything absolutely impeccable! The apartment is located in an exclusive condominium on the side of Arraial, at a perfect distance to enjoy everything the city has to offer and unforgettable panoramic views. The apartment is very comfortable, everything is top quality, everything is very well thought out and organized. We enjoy each apartment, each one offering a very pleasant atmosphere. The top floor is really a gem to enjoy full evenings. The pool is very clean and everything is very well maintained. Excellent communication and a lot of concern at all times from the owner and the person in charge of the place. Thank you so much for such beautiful memories!!

We had a wonderful stay! Space is exactly as described — clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access. The host was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to ask questions and give good recommendations. We would definitely go back and recommend it to everyone looking for a pleasant stay in the area!

I'll start by saying that the photos are misleading. In person, the house is 10x better. I regretted not having stayed longer. Clean, organized house, all necessary utensils available. The house is very well managed by Eliane. I'll be back for sure. Maria is to be congratulated on the house.

We had very nice days in the house: the view is stunning (probably one of the highest points in Búzios) and the facilities in general are very well taken care of, the super functional leisure area with a swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. We managed to stay comfortably: air conditioned worked properly, the bath was good and warm as well as we used the kitchen and other areas in the house well. The great highlight of everything was the service provided by hostess/homemeira Antônia: a lot of liveliness, education and helpfulness made a total difference in our stay. We did not notice any major drawbacks in the house taking away the fact that we rented during a holiday and the price was relatively high and slight signs of age on the inside of the house (something natural for a not so recent construction). It is worth noting that although the house is super close to the beaches Geribá and Ferradura (5-10min car thing), its location high above makes it less feasible to walk to the beaches. Great stay!

Wonderful stay. The house was very clean and smelling, very well-equipped, had everything we need and even more. The very comfortable rooms, impeccable living room and bathroom. The pool was clean and the barbecue was well equipped. We didn't miss anything, it looked like it was home. Maria Antônia always ready to help and left Eliane in the care of giving us the keys, a love of person, very nice, helpful and kind. Easily accessible condominium, bakery and supermarket 2 min drive from the condominium. We're already thinking about when we'll be back.

Our stay was perfect, the house is very comfortable and super close to the beach. Tay, her husband and daughter, were wonderful hosts, gave us several options of restaurants and tours, responded to messages extremely quickly, and were always very attentive and polite.

This house and view was the highlight of my 30th birthday trip, the peace it brought , the views, the town around it with alternatives of food and excursions! The access to the beach, the amenities, I mean this place was everything and some!

The house is super spacious and has everything we need for a great stay, just make a purchase in the market and that's it. The lagoon is amazing and it is of extreme peace for those who want to relax and connect with nature, kayaking was of quite an affective memory. Ju is extremely proactive, I'm sure it will quickly resolve any complications you may have in the house. I recommend not to forget the repellent to walk around at certain times. My family and I were very well received, the house is wonderful and the premises very comfortable. Impeccable in every way, clean and fragrant bed and bath linens. Kitchen utensils and appliances are all in perfect condition. They were perfect days. The pool is also wonderful and my little ones enjoyed it a lot! We only have good things to point out. We just want to thank you for everything. The location near the Lagoa was also very favorable, especially for families with children. Our choice couldn't have been better!

We love our stay. Home is exactly like in photos. The hostess is very kind and delicate. we had full support. The house was impeccably tidy and it has everything we need during our days there. The condo is very quiet and the walk along the edge of the lagoon is a very special bonus. The only thing we don't like was having to leave the peace of the house. We want to return soon.

We had a wonderful time in Buzios at this house. The views are out of this world. Gonzalo was incredibly helpful, super flexible and it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. We will be back.
