Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

Appartement avec ascenseur idéalement placé en première ligne à la Pointe de l'Aiguillon proche des commerces du quartier de l'Aiguillon . Vous bénéficierez d'un joli appartement de 85 m2 refait à neuf, avec un balcon filant pour vos déjeuners face au Bassin. Au pied de l'appartement se dessine une petite plage ainsi qu'une cabane ostréicole où vous pourrez déguster huitres et coquillages. Le centre ville d'Arcachon est à 5 min en voiture ainsi que la gare . Les animaux ne sont pas admis.

Ideally located, a 10-minute walk from Gare d 'Arcachon and 100 meters from the pedestrian shopping street with many restaurants. Very nice beach facing the residence (Plage Thiers). The famous Thiers Pier is 200 meters away from where the fireworks from July 14 and August 15 are drawn each year.
