Holiday rentals with beach access in Arcadia

Nico was an amazing and very considerate host. He provided us with all the necessary information at the check-in and left some fruit and Greek baked goods in the apartment which was lovely. He was always easy to contact and regularly asked if we needed anything. The flat is small, but with a huge terrace that offers the promised 360 view over Kalamata, which is especially great at night. It's about a 15 minute walk to the old town and the harbour. We didn't mind that the kitchen is only equipped with the essentials as we really enjoyed eating in the restaurants within walking distance. There are also bakeries and cafés for breakfast all around the flat. All in all, the flat is perfect for 2 people who want to spend a long weekend or a short trip in Kalamata.

We booked this apartment primarily for its large terrace and views. It absolutely lived up to our expectations! The inside is very spacious, spotlessly clean and nicely equipped. The host Patricia is a very fine host. We walked to the beach in about 15 minutes in the mornings for a swim and in the afternoons, we relaxed on the terrace. A great stay!

If you are wanting a stylish, modern apartment on the edge of the old town, this is a must. Quiet, comfortable and cosy. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Would defo book again. Thanks Virginia.

Unglaublich schöne Lage, die Wohnung liegt oberhalb des kleinen Steinstrands, den man durch einen liebevoll angelegten terrassierten Garten erreichen kann. Man schaut von der Wohnung und der vorgelagerten schattigen Veranda auf das Meer und schläft mit dem Plätschern der Wellen ein. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Restaurants von Kiveri sind über eine Strandpromenade sehr entspannt zu erreichen. Im Ort gibt es außerdem einen Supermarkt und eine sehr gute Bäckerei.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Schöne designbewusste Einrichtung und super Aussicht auf den Hafen. Der Ort bietet alles was man braucht und hat einige tolle Restaurants.

Five stars for the view! I had a great time in May. The balcony is excellent, and the place itself is perfect for 1-2 people to relax. It's a two minute walk to the beach, which isn't busy, and Xiropigado is a small, sleepy, delightful coastal town. Christofer is a great host too, and is very responsive and friendly. There are some small downsides (the bathroom and its lighting isn't good, and doing laundry can be a hassle (you can't do it on your own time and have to contact Christofer)), but these are outweighed by the positives of the rest of the unit.

We had a great few days in Nafplio! The airbnb was so comfortable, and is in a great place in the old town. We’d definitely recommend it, and would stay again in the future! Thank you George for being a great host!

Wow, what an incredible stay! This charming beachfront house is an absolute gem. Waking up to the gentle sound of waves and taking a morning dip in the crystal-clear sea was pure bliss. The pool offered a refreshing alternative, perfect for lazy afternoons. The location couldn't be better - a serene oasis where all you hear is the soothing rhythm of the sea, yet just a short ride from a selection of great bars and restaurants. For those seeking more options, the town is a scenic 5-minute coastal drive away, offering a variety of dining, shopping, and additional beaches to explore. Irene, our host, was simply wonderful. Her kindness and responsiveness made us feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The house itself is a testament to elegant simplicity. Despite its compact size, it lacks nothing in comfort or amenities. We spent hours enjoying the warm, inviting sea. Its ever-changing moods - from serene to playfully choppy - provided endless entertainment.

This was a perfect place to stay, to be able to walk to the beach or a coffee shop or a restaurant. It was on the second floor, so opening the windows was possible. It was noticeably busy and noisy, like any city, but acceptable due to the location. Everything was clean and a beautiful, older place to stay! We totally enjoyed our stay!

In 63 years I have traveled extensively, in many countries, and this was overall the most beautiful surprise of any place my husband and I have rented. Our hosts, Vincent and Jean-Claude, were present, warm, generous and responsive, and the house and location are beyond magical. We will return every year, for certain.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Danis Haus und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Ein traumhafter Blick begrüßte uns am Morgen zum Frühstück. Die Kommunikation war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wären wir noch länger geblieben, es gibt noch so viel Schönes zu entdecken in Peloponnes. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und die Aufmerksamkeiten die wir darüberhinaus genießen konnten. Wilma sagt danke für Ihr kuschliges Hundebett und die Spielsachen. Wir alle haben die Zeit dort genossen und kommen gerne wieder!!!

2 semaines de vacances magiques au bord de l'eau. La maison est très fonctionnelle et la terrasse avec vue sur la mer est fantastique. Les hôtes sont très disponibles et nous ont proposés à plusieurs reprises des activités journalières ou des restaurants. Je recommande vivement cette adresse pour des vacances à Leonidio !

This gem is located in the heart of an absolutely delightful village in the southern Peloponnese. With sea views and plenty of top tier local amenities and restaurants it's a fabulous location for a few days of local touring. It's easy to find and a pleasure to use and the host is one of the best. I absolutely give this a 100% recommendation!

It’s an awesome accommodation. I went with family. We were 4 people. We had a car so there was no problem in reaching the place. Our plan was to visit Olympia which is 25 mins from this villa. The host communicated very well and is responsive to all the queries and recommended us places to visit around. The accommodation itself is very quiet and relaxing. I loved the nature around the villa, the swimming pool and the pet dogs. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a spacious house, close to nature, relaxing and calm atmosphere for a vacation.

Μειναμε παρα πολυ ευχαριστημενοι! Ηταν ολα ακριβως οπως περιγραφονται, πολυ κοντα στο κεντρο με τα ποδια, με πολλα καταστηματα/καφε/σουπερμαρκετ/εστιατορια τριγυρω. Πολυ ευκολη προσβαση και πολυ φιλοξενος χωρος. Ολα πεντακαθαρα και τακτοποιημένα. Εξαιρετικη η οικοδεσποινα, πολυ φιλικη και επικοινωνιακη. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφυλαχτα! Ευχαριστουμε για ολα :)

We had a great time at Perdika! The house was perfect for our needs, spacious enough for 3 people. It was very clean and ready to be used. The best part was the balcony with an amazing view over the Perdika Marina, where we enjoy amazing sunsets. We were also walking distance from bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants. The boat to Moni Island was super close by as well. Our host, Raphael, was very nice, prontly answering our requests, and suggesting some activities we could do in Perdika and in Aegina. We are super happy with our decision to stay here! Thank you to Raphael for the warm hospitality. We recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a calm, private space in a beautiful location!

Nancy was there waiting to show us into the apartment. She was kind and gave us the information we needed and was very communicative via Airbnb site. The apartment is very spacious with a separate bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom. Everything was clean and well kept. The AC in the living room and bedroom worked great. We bought groceries and were able to cook breakfast in the kitchen every day. We had all the necessities we needed and lacked nothing. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, which was great for sleeping at night. We actually did not see any people coming and going so it felt like we had the whole building to ourselves. I felt very safe as well. It was within walking distance to food and old town. We had a car rental and there was a free spot to park right next to the building for us. I cannot find a negative thing to say about this apartment. I highly recommend it.

Безусловно главное достоинство это вид. Это не просто "вид на море", а собственно само море в шаге под тобой. Терраса огромного размера выходит прямо на пляж, и на все 180 градусов море. Но и сама квартира достаточно удобная, для двоих человек точно. И очень очень чистая. Вайфай хороший, напор в душе тоже, полотенца отличные. Большой холодильник, все нужные кастрюльки и посуда. Большой шкаф для одежды, хороший диван в гостиной, есть все принадлежности для пляжа - зонтик, подстилки, стульчики. Только пляжные полотенца нужно иметь свои. Есть закрытая парковка, к пляжу спускается лестница. Сам пляж небольшой, зато совершенно приватный, если не подойдет он, то рядом множество других. В деревне несколько ресторанов и супермаркет. Катерина отвечает мгновенно, да и у нас не было поводов о чем-то беспокоиться. Очень рекомендую это жилье и хозяев.

Point fort : confort, logement propre, calme, bien placé. Merci à notre hôte pour ces petites attentions sur des produits pour le petit déjeuner, c’est très appréciable !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay just outside Porto Heli. Ornella met us on the first day and showed us the way in from the village, or else we’d possibly never have found it! She was incredibly welcoming and the apartment was as expected and described- what a stunningly peaceful location with all the amenities one needs and beautifully kept gardens. Thank you, we had a lovely stay!

Within three minutes’ walk, you’re on a quiet, clean, gorgeous beach! This was one of the things that attracted us here, and it was even better than we had imagined! The incredible views from the terrace and the peaceful location were just what we were looking for. The apartment was perfect for us - comfortable bed, great shower, good kitchen. And the additional outside shower was brilliant! Elena was a wonderful host. So friendly, kind, and attentive. She and her parents made us feel so welcome! It was hard to leave!

Wir waren 5 Tage in Kalamata und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr gut eingerichtet. Der schöne Balkon war ein Highlight. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Gastgeberin war schnell zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden wiederkommen!
