Lage sehr gut, der Blick von der Terasse aufs Meer unbezahlbar. Wohnung sauber und wie in der Beschreibung. Gastgeber immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr gut und für Ausflüge bestens geeignet.

The place and the cottage were perfect! We had the whole beach almost to ourselves and the sea was marvellous. The cottage, the garden and the terrace are even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. It's super clean and has everything you need - perfectly equipped. Spiros made us feel so welcome, it was so nice to meet him, such a friendly and warm person! He also gave us lots of tips for excursions, activities and restaurants and also recommended two great fish shops when we asked. We wanted to see a lot more in the area, but we just liked the place so much that we just relaxed a lot and enjoyed living there. Thank you so much, Spiros! We are hoping to see you again!

What a spot of heaven. This little house is absolutely perfect in every way. 25 paces from the crystal clear sea, your own private beach shade, everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, great Aircon, lovely shady areas in the garden and all a beach stroll away from beach bars and great tavernas. We never normally go back to the same place twice but we already know we'll be back again and again and again. Flawless.

A lovely little house overlooking Alyki. We loved the views from the terraces and the wood burning stove kept us warm during some of the colder evenings.

This was really a little bit of paradise by the sea! The views were fantastic, the whole place tranquil, perfect for some rest and relaxation. There is such a wonderful housekeeper who went out of her way to make sure we were happy, yet not intrusive. Eleni was also always communicating efficiently and effectively through Airbnb. We were slightly out of season, so the swimming pool was not in use, but that was no problem as the sea is right there and beautifully clear and warm in October! The water jetty was perfect for us to catch a taxi over to Spetses for dinner, what an experience!

Wir waren 8 Tage im Mai hier. Sehr toll, wie auf den Fotos. Lage und Ausblick super. Nähe zu Restaurants und Bars am Beach und kleinen Läden, gut zu laufen, ca 15 min. Der Vermieter ist sehr aufmerksam, bei jeder Frage, die auftauchen könnte, sehr hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung war schon einiges an Verpflegung und Getränken vorhanden. Das Haus ist schön schlicht eingerichtet und modern. Sehr gute Matratzen in den Betten. Garten, Terrassen. Pool, Aussendusche. Schattenparkplatz. Preis in der Vorsaison für mich akzeptabel. Aufgrund des Geländes-man sollte sicher zu Fuß sein und einiges beachten, Kameras, Ordnung im Außenbereich macht täglich Personal.

Our holiday in this house was beyond our expectations. Finding the place clean and all essentials inside, the stay was truly comfortable and easy. The owner of the house was very responsive to all our questions, and kind. Location of the house is also perfect; just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and very convenient to restaurants in which you can find great Greek cousine. I highly recommend this property for anyone who seeks a calm holiday in a well-cared-for home in such a convenient setting as well as a a beautiful beach and the sea. Hope to visit there again !

Words can't describe this place and Dia our hostess. Before we got there, Dia went above and beyond to help us with our plans, both on our travel there and during our stay. From the minute we stepped in we felt right at home. Everything you need is there and the surroundings are simply magnificent. From the view from the apartment to the private beach below. It was everything we could ask for. A true paradise we would like to keep to ourselves for future trips.. and of course Dia who made our vacation even more enjoyable and made sure we have everything we need. Thank you Dia!

The location of this apartment is stunning, right on the beach, you can listen to the waves as you fall asleep. The views are incredible, the location is in a small village with towns within walking distance with bars and restaurants serving great food. It isn't an overly touristy area but that is exactly what I wanted. We had full access to the hotel also owned by Dimitris next door, which had amazing food and drinks, access to a pool, paddle boards, sun loungers, roof top bar. The staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was more than adequate, clean and tidy and bed and towel changes every 3 days. I would recommend this place in a heart beat.

We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery

This is a very special place -so special I almost don’t want to share! The attention to detail, love, and appreciation of nature the hosts have poured into their home shines through. From beautiful antique furniture, exquisite bed, silence, little spots to sit in peace and kindness of the hosts to the nearby beach and lovely nearby town, this place has it all. If you’re looking for a retreat, place for creative inspiration,or rekindling a romance- this is it. A car is required- beach umbrellas and towels available.

This is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. The house is in the most stunning location with fantastic views across the bay…and the beach is just a few steps down the olive grove. The pool and house are lovely and contained all we needed. Regula was a friendly & welcoming host and it was a joy to stay in her beautiful house. We will be back. Thoroughly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay, place is offering amazing scenery and opportunities. It is a huge house with amazing interior and garden. We will surely want to come back again.

Caroline en Peter zijn ontzettend gastvrij en zorgzaam. We kregen iedere dag een vers en afwisselend ontbijt. De studio is sfeervol en voorzien van fijne en praktische extra’s. Het bed slaapt heerlijk. Caroline en Peter geven veel tips over bezienswaardigheden en restaurants in de omgeving. We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf bij hen, van de prachtige tuin, de baai met strandbedden en de lekkere restaurants in de buurt. Als kanttekening kunnen we noemen dat de kookgelegenheid in de studio beperkt is en dat het kunnen beschikken over een auto wel een must is. Daarnaast zijn de wegen in de directe omgeving onverhard.

Zoek je een plek om helemaal tot rust te komen? Zoek dan niet verder: dit is het hemelse paradijs op aarde! Met je eigen privéstrandje voor het huisje (en links en rechts grotere stukken strand met schaduwplek ), een grote baai met glashelder water, nauwelijks andere mensen in de buurt, in het huisje alles wat je nodig hebt zoals goede airco op de slaapkamer en ga zo maar door. Elias (of is het nou Nikos?) is een hele lieve gastheer. Bij aankomst kregen we een grote tas met tomaten, komkommer, sinaasappels, verse olijfolie, etc. Wij hebben meermaals bij het restaurantje van Nikos gegeten omdat het zo ontzettend lekker was. Heel veel keuze, en alles kakelvers. Anders dan bij veel andere restaurants is er hier ook voor vegetariërs veel keuze. Niet twijfelen, echt ernaar toe gaan! Vasilis place is perfect for Leonidio, it's right in the town so everything is walkable, but tucked up a side street so totally peaceful. And you're not close to the church bells (something to watch for at other apartments!). We really enjoyed our stay, the house is exactly what you'd expect from the pictures and has everything you need to relax when you're not out walking/climbing/sightseeing.

The apartment is well located and nicely furnished including amenities like a coffee machine, washing machine and fast wifi. We felt very much at home here and the hosts were approachable and had great recommendations. We stayed here during the off-season (in May) and the beach directly opposite of the street was full of driftwood and the beach bar closed. So we ended up going to Voidokilias beach most of the time which is roughly 15-20 minutes away and just incredible.

Eleni‘s place was absolutely beautiful, close to all the amenities, beaches and restaurants. Perfect location. We stayed there last year and returned again. Would highly recommend this apartment as it is in a great location, clean, and very spacious. The surrounding area is to die for, with the drives to some of the local villages beyond belief. We can’t wait to visit Kalamata again and would definitely stay at this beautiful apartment again.

Demi und ihre Familie sind sie gastfreundlichsten Gastgeber, die ich jemals kennengelernt habe. Die Unterkunft war ausgestattet mit vielen Lebensmitteln und einem tollen Abendessen, extra für mich als Vegetarierin gekocht! Es fühlte sich an, wie bei meiner eigenen griechischen Familie! Herzlichen Dank! Ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

I don't even know where to start because our stay was so magical. Mariangela and Michael were two of the most incredible hosts I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Their local recommendations guided our entire stay, and learning all about the local history was fascinating and such an added bonus. We changed our reservations to stay another two nights because we loved it so much and felt so at peace and at home. Waking up to birds singing and having such a beautiful place to relax and swim was the highlight of our 15 days in Greece. I cannot recommend this home and the hosts enough--we were treated like family and welcomed with open arms. My mother and I were traveling together and are both Greek, and it meant the world to learn Greek phrases and local tips on our first visit to our home country. We will definitely be back and there is no question we will stay here again. Thank you for everything, we are so grateful!

5 adultes+2 enfants 2 et4 ans, nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette superbe maison, propre et très lumineuse. Arrivés à 12 PM, nous avons été accueillis avec des fruits et du vin par Yannis. Nous avions son contact direct en cas de besoin. La villa a 4 ch spacieuses avec 3 sdb/toilettes dont 1 en rdc. La plus grande a vue sur le golfe. Petit détail, apportez gel douche et shampoing. Il y a plusieurs terrasses dont une sur le toit pour les lever-coucher de soleil, un jardin et une plage privée juste de l'autre côté de la rue. La villa est très bien équipée, serviettes, kayak, wifi, clim… à notre demande, Rachel avait mis un lit bébé de voyage. Merci. La cuisine spacieuse a tout le nécessaire. Il y a quelques produits pour démarrer, juste un petit oubli avec l’absence de thé et de café pour notre premier petit déjeuner. Le quartier est calme avec commerces et restaurants à proximité. Le dernier jour, l’accord d’un départ tardif nous a beaucoup aidé. Super séjour. Merci.
